I purchased an eSIM phone number a month ago, but I haven't been able to make any calls.
When I receive calls from other people, they don't notify me and just record only phone number.
The next time I try to call, the call doesn't go through, is recorded as 00:00, and is automatically blocked. My money has been deducted.
I'm extremely disappointed. I contacted the support team and they said they'd change my number, but they haven't responded yet, and it's been over a month.
I contact the support team every day, and each time I have to speak to a different person, so I have to explain my situation every time. This shows that my conversations aren't being stored and are constantly being deleted. I can't trust them.

The Estonian phone number I bought often fails to receive verification codes. When I try to add it as a contact method on Instagram, there’s no response/no effect. On X (Twitter), it directly says this type of number cannot be added. It’s really inconvenient to use.

Scam company, they give you numbers that do not work and refuse any kind of refunds saying "You signed our terms and conditions". Save yourself time and go with any other provider.

I bought 2 number from them 2 weeks ago, one of the number was allowed for verification while the other didn’t go through. I told them and they told me to apply for refund and I will be credited 14 days. The other number i bought after some days I received a mail that my number won’t be available soon and I will be given a new number, bet you i have waited for more than a week but I haven’t gotten the replacement. For the refund i haven’t still gotten any. It is now 14 days and when i message them this was the reply I got “ The refund has not been made yet. Due to a high amount of tickets the refunds can be postponed. Thank you for understanding.” At this point this company is a scam, do not use them

The service don't work anymore. They don't notify their customer about this problem. The trust pilot ranking is 3 stars at the moment. But on their website they showing 4.8 stars. So we can consider this service as scam.

Editing to one star - I requested a refund after never having used my eSim (having never been warned purchase would require uploading of sensitive personal info to their product) and when, a week later, I asked how long I would have to wait, I wasn't given a response except a copy and paste of the refund terms and conditions. Three weeks later, I received nothing so returned to the chat to ask how long I would have to wait and was given no response except the same copy and paste, hours later. I expect now I will never see my money again, and have never used their product. Total scam.

Bought a service for an online verification SMS, didn't receive a code, contacted support and the response was:
"Since the number is virtual it can be detected by the service and rejected. It is prescribed by the terms of use. If this happens unfortunately, we'll not be able to do anything."
I wonder what % of people that buy a virtual numbers don't use it for online verification.

I bought an eSIM without logging in at first, and after the purchase, I was told I needed to sign in to activate it. Once I logged in, there were no details of my purchase or any sign that I had bought an eSIM.
I contacted support and sent all the payment screenshots, but they claimed they couldn’t see any payment and refused to issue a refund. Later, they told me that if I bought the eSIM again while logged in, I would receive activation and be able to use the internet.
I trusted them and purchased again — but once more, the eSIM didn’t work at all. No internet, no service, nothing. When I contacted support again, they just said the eSIM was “activated” and refused to refund me, even though the service was completely unusable.
Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. Be careful — they take your money and don’t take responsibility when their service doesn’t work. Avoid these scammers.

I am writing to formally escalate an issue regarding the virtual SIM I purchased for $10, which was clearly advertised as supporting calls, messages, and WhatsApp. However, after payment, I found that I am unable to receive calls or messages.
When I contacted your support team, I was informed that calls and SMS are currently not working reliably due to technical issues, and that the problem may take up to one week to resolve. I was also told that not all users purchase numbers for incoming calls or SMS, and that I should have contacted you beforehand to confirm compatibility.
This response is unacceptable. The product was advertised with specific features that influenced my purchase decision. If those features are not functional, the service is not delivering what was promised. I requested a refund, but was told to wait instead — despite the fact that I paid for a working service, not a future promise.
I believe this situation reflects misleading advertising and poor customer service. I am requesting an immediate resolution and a full refund. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to report this matter to relevant consumer protection authorities and platforms.
Please respond urgently.
