It is very fast in terms of service and providing updates on the status of the booking; it also offers online check-in and priority handling for checked baggage.

The booking and payment process was quick and relatively straightforward. However, after completing the booking, we received the booking information in Greek only. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that bookings made through the website are issued in Greek. This is highly inconvenient, especially when booking on behalf of someone who does not speak Greek, as was the case for me.

On a positive note, the telephone customer service was prompt and courteous when I contacted them afterwards. However, despite their willingness to help, they were unable to offer a solution due to the company's policies and procedures.

Another significant inconvenience is that the boarding pass is only issued 8–12 hours before departure. This leaves very little time for preparation, particularly when booking on behalf of someone else. Making the boarding pass available at least 24 hours before departure would be far more practical.

Finally, invoices are issued separately from the other booking documents, with additional charges, such as insurance, documented separately as well. This makes expense tracking and the overall management of the booking unnecessarily complicated.

Overall, while the initial booking process was straightforward and the telephone support was polite and responsive, the company's policies regarding booking documentation, the late issuance of boarding passes, and fragmented invoicing significantly detract from the customer experience. Greater flexibility and a more customer-oriented approach would make a substantial difference.

The flight was very good comfortable aircraft However not so happy with the delay in departure time

It makes it easy to book flights at the prices we want and it satisfies any other requirements we may have.

Everything was simple to book.
My only gripe with the service is that you do not accept payment from Euro to another country’s currency which other airlines do. You do not give this choice. As a result I will have to pay the currency conversion tax.
Perhaps something for Esky.gr to consider.

I bought an airline ticket from esky.gr and unfortunately it was a very bad experience My daughters flight cancelled due to weather conditions and the airline (american airlines)send us email that proves that they credit the travel agency the refund..it is been 1.5 month ..my money (750 euros) haven't been refund to us .be careful with this travel agency

Not a good service on board the plane. Rough landing during tough down.
