We cancelled our booking to Islay within 24 hrs of booking due to the imminent demise of the person we were going to visit. No refund of fees that amounted to the same as the actual flight.

Unreliable service. Better stay away, unless you want to claim for your money back. I bought a flight ticket from Heraklion to Athens and received nothing but a confirmation of my reservation "being in progress" forever. Fortunately, I disputed the transaction through my bank and received a full refund.

My friend bought a ticket, Hania to Athens, turned up at the airport and there was no ticket... complete spam! She had to buy another ticket at airport, AVOID!!!

Biggest criminals in the world they took money yesterday they never cared to check 1 day passed and after I talked with their support and I threaten them with gambling tickets (illegal by law) and sue them hard they canceled my ticket now going to police and my lawyer get reports from Aegean cause in their messages was claiming they are trying to confirm keep patience and 1 day they wasted a whole day can't leave now stucked in Athens for no reason at all be sure you will pay a lot you don't understand the situation and the damages you caused be prepared

I booked a ticket with luggage and aegean couldn’t see that i payed for luggage. I called esky and they told me that they are sorry for this mistake and that i have to pay again for luggage at the airport

I had made a booking from e sky to travel with wizz air Wizz air changed my flight automatically I ask for refund they told me 100% refund but I got and email from the esky telling me that te amount of money that I will reseave were 90€ less than the money that I have paid for the tickets I spoked with e sky they reseaved from wizz air all the money but they gave me back only half of the money this is an acceptable they took all the money and they told me this is all they will give me back from 220€ they told me that I will get back 130 €

I booked a ticket on a Saturday, for Tuesday, got the time wrong, and wanted to change the time or even the day of the flight, since it was a short notice, had payed for flex, so i can change the ticket for free, wrote an email and didnt get an answer, called on Monday and told me its less than 24 hours you loose the whole price of the ticket there is nothing we can do..
Im from greece its esky.gr, i have submited my request on their site, and they have all my flight details, plus in the form that miss magda answered me below Greece is not an option so it looks like the only thing that your company is fast at is answering the bad rewiews, your AI service for messaging, and overall site, needs improvement

They pretend to be Sky Express and charge extra for the reservation. This is a fraudulent company.

CANCELED FLIGHT - 6 months later and no refund date defined
Flight AR1290 (May 9, 2024, at 10:20) was canceled, and we had to reorganize our return to Europe through other means (reservations canceled the same day: 5790058598 and 2802991137).

After 6 months of requesting the refund, we still have not received anything.

They will tell you they are requesting your refund from the airline, that they are waiting for responses, and other excuses. Unfortunately, the truth is that their customer service is terrible. They respond just to waste your time, fail to proactively follow up on your issue, and leave you hanging until you give up (this is being written 6 months later).

I regret to say that the only solution we have is to NEVER PURCHASE through this website again in the future.

UPDATE (20/11/2024): The airline's customer service says they have already issued the refund to the agency. Additionally, I have friends who bought their tickets directly from the airline, and they have already received their money. Let’s see what excuse Esky comes up with now... :/

From where to begin with? I had purchased a ticket from esky and my destination was from Sofia (Bulgaria)at 4:15 and I would arrive to athens around 5:30 instead of this our flight got delayed by 4 hours and 20 minutes I contacted esky to ask for a refund as they say to they website and their stuff did everything to avoid give me the refund

Complete and total fraudsters. They register a website that looks similar to a Greek airline's that redirects you to their page. They book the exact same ticket you could have booked yourself from the airline's website with +25% commission. When you call them straight after to ask for your money back given this fraudulent practice, they refuse and offer to refund the taxes only. Avoid, like the plague. I hope you go bust.

It is easy to find a convenient flight and book it.

First time planning my trip with Esky.gr, with safety, prompt response to my emails/ phone calls for further assistance. The app is very useful. Definitely recommend it.

After choosing a flight at a specific fare, the final price has a 40% surcharge on payment. The comment that I received was totally unclear because those additional charges were hidden till the moment of the payment. I cannot imagine what a waste of time would be to read the "terms and conditions" on every page that I visit! So please do not underestimate the users when you reply.
