I wish you could book sports equipments on to the plane. Its not obvious. I booked my bike on the Ryanair website once the flight code was generated.

Shocking. Please avoid
I changed my flight and then they asked for more funds even though they confirmed none were needed at time of booking. Failed to answer any query. Then Cancelled my flight and gave me no option to travel. Had to rebook again. Total loss of funds.
Keep saying they have reviewed but refuse to provide record of call where they assured no funds needed.
Refuse to engage and refuse to provide point of contact for legal claim.
These guys are a disaster. Please avoid.
Book direct.

Why do you respond on Trustpilot same day and not to that contact address for months at a time?
You have failed to engage or provide info.
Best if we resolve on TP as this is what gets your response.

ESKY Travel is a SCAM
ESKY Travel is a SCAM. Do not use to book Flights.
They have taken my money, gave me a booking number, then said ''booking still requires full payment'' so I don't have any confirmation. I have waited 3 days. They do not reply to emails and there isn't any phone number to contact them. Does anybody know if I can get my money back (€380)

Booking was very easy, I like the fact that the costs are straight forward unlike other sites where it adds up as you reach the final point.
If you don't recieve your confirmation immediately give it upto 24hrs as until the payment has been finalised they can't send a confirmation.
I loved how prompt their customer service is in replying emails and their call centre also works.
I've only given 4 stars because my trip is still some months away but am sure things will go smoothly. I must say though some of the reviews scared me a bit, but am glad my experience was a good one so far.
