Stayed at one of their apartments in West London for a couple of month. The property was clean when I arrived and the customer service was perfect.

Highly recommend.

booked an apartment in London (Vauxhall Bridge Road Flat 39). Please avoid it!!!!
Mousetrap in the bathroom!! Nobody wants to spend their vacation with rats and mice.
Almost all of the furniture was demolished.
The same garbage has been lying under the bed for months. (according to the booking.com feedbacks)
Dirty fridge and oven.
And all this despite the fact that the cleaning team was on site. It also smelled terrible. Apparently a large amount of air freshener was used to cover up another smell. For all these reasons we had to leave the apartment after 10 min. Of course e have taken a lot of pictures. Please leave your contact - I can forward it to you!
I would be ashamed to rent something like this, charge for it and not refund the amount paid.

I’ve been a tenant with ESNAP for just short of two years. Always been a fantastic communicator, resolves issues with speed and a brilliant company to rent a room or flat through! Highly would recommend Tetteh and the team.

Tetteh was very professional and thorough throughout the letting process. He was punctual to the viewing and communicated all I needed to know about the flat succinctly.
I felt like I was in good hands throughout and the checks were completed in just under a week.

I have been living at the property for over six months now and I have no complaints whatsoever.

Everything was fine until I left my room. Tetteh never show up for the check out of my room, he avoid the appointment twice. Looks like he did that on a purpose because a week after I left the flat and I gave back the keys, he took me £200 just because I moved a wardrobe!! He never show me any invoice for that. I couldn't contest that because I wasn't there anymore and as I said he never show up for the contradictory check out. Also, he took him 7 months to secure my deposit. I fill up a claim for all of that. Avoid this person, he is not professional at all.

Tetteh Johnson was very professional. He listened to my requirements. He delivered on promises made. Tetteh Johnson was attentive and responded to communication quickly. I would recommend Tetteh Johnson and would use this estate agent in the future.

As of the date of this review, I am currently preparing my complaint to the PRS and taking legal advice.

Esnap Property Limited, i.e. Tetteh, appropriated £30 of my deposit. It took me ~7 weeks to get him to return it, and only because I had called him from a second unrecognised mobile number because he was (I can only surmise) consciously avoiding the encounter with me. I had, prior to getting through to him, tried to call him ~12 times over a month, and I had received no response to my initial 3 email complaints.

Under the cover of a "cleaning fee", the monies were appropriated unlawfully and in breach of the terms of the lease. Complete disregard was given to the lease obligations on him as agent, and complete disregard was given to the obligation to put the deposit monies in a TDS. Tetteh failed to comply with the proper deposit return protocol in the lease, and he failed to place the deposit in a TDS (in accordance with the terms of the lease).

For the avoidance of doubt, the demise was in a better state of cleanliness than when I first took the lease.

I have still not received an apology nor satisfactory responses. He never gave me evidence that a cleaner had been hired, despite me asking for this. The agent's bitter etiquette over the phone left me feeling like I was in the wrong, for something I had a legal right to, i.e. my monies. Tetteh treated me with contempt because I had caused him a problem by asking for my own money (which in his opinion he must have believed he had some sort of conveniently-imagined right to).

I am writing this review to ensure that other people can have the chance to avoid dealing with an agent who is clearly on the lookout for opportunities to financially exploit tenants.

Tetteh was very helpful and friendly and made the experience really easy for us. Would highly recommend using esnap property for renting!

From viewing my property, to signing the contract, staying, renewing and then leaving, Esnap property has been perfect on all fronts. Great communication, quick actions, everything was done in the rules and exceeding expectations, which is so reassuring in London where agencies can often be hard to deal with. I didn't have any particular issue within the period I stayed in the flat, but I'm sure I would have gotten the help needed if I had. Really recommend working with them!

Thanks for your reply Tetteh, as you are doing reference check on tenent, I would suggst to do the same to the landlord as well and make sure their business is legit. So you can make sure you protect both parties legal right. They are the landlords but you took on their porperty as an agent and that would consequently impact your business's realibility as well.

Tetteh's service was ok, except for one small thing: 10 Days before move in I specifically asked for wifi etc and he said everything will be set up when I move in. Only found out there's nothing on the 1st day and have to wait for another 20 days to get things set up.
Once you moved in the place and had some differences with the landlord, he will not respond any of your messages for help.

However if you are renting through ESNAPS try to stay away with the landlord Tariq. They dont follow their own contract and would demand rent on cash, what's worst is that you will not get your deposit back.

eSnap Property found me a tenant a couple years ago and they have managed to do the same again this year.

Absolutely awful service. Met Tariq, he lied to my face about the property i was due to rent.
He lied about the other tennents in the property. I went on to find out there had been 40 police incidents at the address 228 carshalton road in the previous 3 months
Had acted as though he had no idea which is ridiculas.
He failed to mention there was a swingers club next door.
And last of all after i decided to pull out 5 days after paying a holding deposit. They have refused to pay it back!
I would highly recomend to stay well clear of this company!

Tetteh is a very charming and helpful person. When I saw the flat I immediately liked it and he reassured me that he would do everything in his power to ensure I secured the property which he did. I highly recommend his services when looking for a property A+++

Absolutely hassle free service and because of the low fees they charge it almost feel as if I have let the flat all by myself but without doing all the hard work involved to find and credit check the tenant.

The individuals that make up this company were pleasant to deal with. They brought appropriate clients to view my property; it was let in a matter of weeks at the asking rent. Their tenant finding and administration charge was more than reasonable.
