Stayed at one of their apartments in West London for a couple of month. The property was clean when I arrived and the customer service was perfect. Highly recommend.

Esnap review - letting a one bed flat in Camberwell
Tetteh approached me on gumtree, where I was trying (in vain) to rent my flat in Camberwell out, without having to engage an Estate Agents (mainly to avoid the hefty fees). Unlike many other firms who got in touch with me, Tetteh was polite, courteous and highly professional. I was really pleased immediately with the service he provided - he took great photos of my flat, wrote a winning description and uploaded it the same day to zoopla. The flat was popular and Tetteh managed the viewing schedule. I'm pleased to say he found me tenants within 48 hours! Tetteh was great the whole way through the process, keeping me up to date on how everything was going - sometimes a couple of calls a day. I really appreciated this, along with his advice - I really felt that Tetteh was working hard for me and my property. I'm pleased to say the tenants passed all the checks that Tetteh ran and moved in within a week of the flat being advertised. I couldn't have asked for more! To top it off I really benefited from the introductory offer for first clients - Tetteh did all of this work for free. Thanks again, I wish you and esnap a bright future! Such a refreshing change of approach compared to so many other agencies out there.
