You should receive 5 stars because the product conforms to my request, The delivery man did not try to deliver to me at home in a village of 320 inhabitants. The package remained for several days at the DPD depot of NIMES. but I had to do so transfer your shipment to a pick-up point. I paid for express shipment, it's a complete failure. DPD is considered the worst carrier in France (rating 1.7) on Google. If you do not change carrier, I will avoid re-ordering from you.

Two time issue with the shipment
Two time issue with the shipment. First time the order was not complete, parts missing. I had to re-order the missing parts. As I was late I paid Express shipment... finally I received them 3 days later than committed, in fact like a standard ship.
However you have a good after-sales organisation. Quick response time. Please improve your shipment quality.
Replacement coffee jug
I ordered a replacement coffee jug. Arrived well packed and quickly. Reasonably priced.
Espairs came up trumps.
It did take a lot of time on the telephone to get the bags, firstly from the maker of my vacuum cleaner then their French section, all the people they came up with were more interested in selling large quantities.
But by then i did have the code for the bags for my 'George' and Espairs came up trumps.
