Product never arrived and they never responded to my many recent messages. The order cut off my eircode so it is unlikely to ever arrive. Completely the fault of their website. I messaged immediately to let them know but I got no responses. It’s a uk company pretending to be Irish. AVOID! Total scammers. Money down the pan and I’m still without a dryer 4 weeks on with a busy family and young children. I’m very annoyed!! Avoid!!

I ordered a part that was correct in…
I ordered a part that was correct in picture and description but received the wrong one. They promptly refuneded me but I could not get any help in ensuring the right part was ordered as it was still needed. There is no phone number and the "live chat" was terrible. After stating what my concerns were, AMIT asked me what my concerns were, then he did not really respond. I waited to write this review to find closure on getting the part I needed as they were very diligent in returns then,,,radio silence....Unreliable
