I’ve been placing bets on this platform for more than two years. In March, they blocked my withdrawals and forced me to go through verification. A piece of paper with my login, a video with my crypto wallet, my passport, international passport... It's been six months now. They don't reply to me on Discord, the support is useless, and they haven't responded to my emails for two months. On my account, I have 10 LTC (around $700). Draw your own conclusions.

The chat support is terrible. They do not respond regularly, and their answers are useless.

``After a year of playing on this website and multiple payouts made my withdrawal was rejected because I needed to finish my enhanced KYC. That's fine and after three rounds of requests lasting more than a month (proof of evidence, making a video of me proving that I have Binance account and sending bank statements with very sensitive information required) tonight I got email where they are saying that I violeted the terms and that I have multiple accounts. This is of course not true as I have only one account and only I was playing on it. The amount that is now locked is 5300 USDT. The emails is bellow:

Of course I'm complaining but of course I'm being ghosted. I could see multiple people posting the same thing. All of a sudden customer support is pushing back and providing no information after being very polite previously. I'm desperate and I don't know what to do.

Update: No response at all for compliance nor support. Support is very pushing back.
