I am registered here for more than half a year.

I am fully verified user, sending and getting accepted more than 10 documents, including my address and my bank statement that has half a year span with spendings far beyond what I won here, I even had to send them a video with me and my cryptowallet with all of it being verified more than 2 months ago

I kept playing since then, had no problems until recently I've got a good winstreak - so my withdrawals were frozen for more than a week, and today, 04.06.2024 I am told I am banned for having multiple accounts

I trusted them because they were very polite and reasonable the whole time, which resulted in keeping 3700$ on my account that are now stolen from me :с

I just enjoyed betting in my spare time, having bet probably on every single team of every single league in most esports, simply betting for more fun to keep watching

They looked very genuine and reliable, and they paid some of my winnings, but half a year in I am suddenly accused of using multiple accounts with no explanation, customer service refuses to talk to me as If I am an empty place

I can't access my account anymore, 3700$ that are stuck on it are not payed out or even mentioned in their email, I hope it's a mistake but now I just feel scammed :(

No issues, so far. I'd say that esportsbet has the best odds I could find and they are really flexible when it comes to livebetting. Ive had a positive experience with their support, very nice and answered all my questions.

They randomly disabled my account without any information, after contacting support they told me some extra kyc procedure is needed, I provided them all requested documents, photos, videos and after all they just don't reply anymore to my mails.

scam website deposit fund and never was there dont trust this

Scam website. All of a sudden they changed my deposit adress. This meant that i was transferring my funds to an incorrect adress and my funds was lost. Stay away from the website.

The customer service was to no help. Could only tell me that the fund was lost and there was no way of getting them back.

Do not play here, if you are a winning player you will never ever see your money. They have scammed up to 20 people that I have had contact with as this point and 99% of their positive trustpilot reviews are fake. You will not receive a payout if you manage to win here.

Complete bs, reaching out to them is always a dead end. people are still being scammed to this day do not sign up here.
