They are a small expanding business in Vancouver who have landed there name and established their name in this market and I wish them well. I believe they will be around for a long time.

I have purchased parts and a higher end espresso machine from this shop. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are competitive and they offer a good range of products. I have not tried their repair service.

I came in to the store to buy a new espresso machine. They made me a great deal on the floor model of the machine I was interested in. After a quick in-store demo, I happily took it away at a great price. Upon getting it home I discovered the machine had been used extensively and had never been clean. Even after cleaning and backflushing the machine with detergent it continued to spew flecks of dried coffee oil. I suspect the machine had made many hundreds of shots and had never been cleaned.

I spoke with Ali, the manager, and he didn't hesitate to give me a full refund. That is very good service. I returned the machine the next day for a full refund.

I deducted one star because I feel any espresso machine shop should be preaching and practicing cleanliness which is so important to good tasting espresso and the health of any espresso machine. The fact that the machine was used so long without cleaning and that the shop let it go out the door in that state was a red flag for me.

I didn't think it was possible, but, every time I deal with Expresso Dolce, the experience gets better!! At 7:00 AM this morning I ordered a replacement water tank and some coffee. By 11:00 AM the shipment was delivered to my door. Espresso Dolce, you are the best!!!

They fixed my machine faster than they estimated it would take. Very friendly and they did a good job.

This is a great place to look at purchasing your coffee machines, grinders etc. The people are very helpful and friendly, they grind their own coffee there as well. Their coffee is fabulous by the way. We are now enjoying our new espresso machine and grinder and now enjoying their great coffee.

Amin and his team are awesome every time we go in for purchases as well as there top notch coffee beans. The Espresso 4 is my go to bean of which is brewed in there Langley store location which I look forward to visiting soon. The pictures of the new shop look amazing. There are not enough words to express how wonderful the Espresso Dolce experience has been for us.
