Always pleased with my experience...
My rep, Mitch, is always great to work with! He quickly and easily gets me the coverage I need at a competitive price. Because of my unique needs, working with online-only companies or insurers where I have to deal with a "call center" in a foreign country can be very frustrating. By contrast, I can get Mitch on the phone to answer my questions so that I'm confident that I'm getting the correct coverage.
