Rates jumped but why?
While customer service is awesome our rates jumped nearly 50% for basic general liability. For a non-profit that stings.

Very poor customer service..I've called several times and left messages no response..I've left messages on the mobile and also no response. I guess that's the way they treat there players..I won't be playing there anymore...

Responsive and quick turn around
My Broker, Mitch Martin, is very responsive, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. Unlike other brokers, he takes his calls or calls back the same day; and his quick turn around time with quotes and policies is very much appreciated. That is one reason why I do not shop around. The service I get is worth the premium I pay.
