This company accessed my details some how and signed me up to a subscription. It's a complete fraud.

A very smooth experience accessing the games. It works well and is user friendly.

Attention! This is a fraud service. Discovered a recurring charge of 29.99GBP going back 10 months on my card and know I have to dispute these. I have never subscribed, authorised or used any of their services (I don't even know what it is about - appears as ESR FUN on my bank statement). They provide an international phone number +312 022 54 833 but no one attends. Sad and scary that these things are allowed to happen.

Competed against Jasen smash, reached the last round but couldn't make it through. Kinda sad :-(

They will not refund me the initial fee of £29.90
I explained the situation to No avail!
I have just had a Stroke and was not fully compos mentos received pop-up and kept pressing buttons to get rid of it!!
Not realising I have entered into a contract with gaming company
They stated my fee is for a renewal!!
I have never been in a gaming website
These people are scam mongers and will not refund initial joining fee only will allow future annual payments to be cancelled!
Please don’t get conned by these people, they just use pop~ups to get you hooked into paying £29.90

I accidentally subscribed for this. As soon as I realised what I had done I immediately contacted ESR support and explained my financial situation, and within 5 days they had refunded me the full subscription fee.
I can't thank them enough for their help. They didn't have to refund me, but they did. Again, thank you. I will certainly recommend these in the future, and if I'm able financially to afford their services I will services i will use them.

Who are these? I’ve had a payment come out of my bank but don’t know who they are or why they have taken money from my account

Somehow they have tricked me via random phishing into paying £29.99 per month which I luckily spotted and cancelled with my bank before they could take my money!

Accidentally accepted a 'free offer' which didn't appear to actually give me anything, then first direct cancelled my card for attempted fraudulent withdrawals

Like others I appeared to trigger a £0.00 offer from online search.
The next day the company attempted to take £29.90 from my bank account. Payment was blocked by Nat West as suspicious. Be careful using this site.
