A random deduction of £29.90 from my account. Stolen from me. Will chase it up with my bank.
29.90 extracted from my account starting in Novem. Didnt catch it til March 2026. Immediately went to my Bank to get help. Investigation underway, Anyone know how they access my account?
Scam found payment £29.90 taken out of my account. No idea who they are or what they do. Cannot understand how they got my bank details. Contacted my bank was passed round in circles, but they concluded it wasn't fraud but just a dispute which is completly wrong. I did not in anyway contact this company at any point to agree subscription.
Just discovered that this company have taken two payments of £29.90 from my bank account. No idea who they are or how they got my bank details. Have started a fraud complaint with the bank.
I never subscribed to Esr Live or Esrfun but they have started attempting to charge me $29.90 three times.
I tried contacting them at 1 833 534 0664 and Email
support at esrfun dot co but nothing has been resolved. This vendor is a fraud and a scammer. I have also reported them to Law Enforcement. Beware! I don't know how they started charging my Apple Pay but there were three attempts.

Thank you,

I was browsing on phone and somehow the app came up within seconds I was “welcomed to the family “ I thought oops another scam and sure enough in a couple of days my account showed £29.90 had been paid by Apple Pay on 21 November. I deleted the app showing a cartoon girl picture and informed my bank they have blocked any further payments . Today 28th I contacted the above and said I wanted to cancel the app and a refund as I had not given permission to take money from my account or wanted their app. They happily said I could cancel and then demanded £9.99 for doing so, needless to say I did not pay .
