I order a few times some items from this company. Quality and delivery time is excellent. While doing sports, the clasp of one of my necklaces broke off. I asked if there was a way to get it repaired, and they immediately sent me a brand new replacement free of charge. I was really happy about that. I ordered two necklace. One is engraved as a wanted my son's names on it. It is perfectly executed and the stone on the pendant is very beautiful. The other one is the pearls one. This one looks most cheaper but is ok.
I had a delivery problem but customer service reacted immediately and provided me with a new tracking. My order arrived just one day later!

The material is great and the value per dollar is very good.
Last week I had an issue with my ring. The stone which is forged into the ring broke. I was very unhappy and expected more durability. I immediately sent a mail to the customer support and within 6 hours the answered me and sent me a new ring.
