extremely poor/bad handling of personal data
They asked for a copy of my BC health card which I sent to them then they said that I had to provide picture ID which I had to send them in the form of my driver's license. I am really concerned to have my id floating around in their techno-sphere and THEY ARE NOT EVEN AWARE THEY HAVE THE DATE. I would have to really think hard before I used this company again.

It is not publicly shared anywhere. Patients are also welcome to redact non‑essential details as long as the name, photo, date of birth, and expiry date remain visible.
