⚠️ Please be careful before ordering.
I placed Order EP175983 and paid ₹299 as shown on the order page. After the order was confirmed, I received a delivery message asking me to pay an additional ₹499 at the time of delivery.
I was not clearly informed about this additional ₹499 charge while placing the order. I contacted customer support through WhatsApp and email for clarification, but I have not received a response yet.
Please clearly disclose all additional charges before taking payment from customers. I am waiting for clarification regarding the ₹499 charge and my ₹299 prepaid amount.
My advice: confirm the complete final payable amount before placing an order.
