A well thought out and implicated program which does everything you would need and does it well. Any updates are actually beneficial and enhance the programs usability.

New version released - and it doesn't work!

The sync'ing between PC and android fails. It's been 5 weeks while they've been trying to fix it and no date given as to when it will be accomplished.

If you use this on an android device stay away.

IT is the Best PIM I know. Using it since many years I don't want to miss it. The syncronisation over own WLAN is perfect, no need to use a cloud, but cloud also possible. Mailclient with database and all linkable to calendar, tasks, contacts in the desktop-software makes it to a complete system.

The raccoons all 60 episodes is not on here on Dvd and Blu-ray yet but I want it to be on here on Dvd and Blu-ray

This is one of the best PIM programs available and I have been through tons of them over 20 years. Very versatile and the GUI is the most responsive I've seen. One thing that sets this application apart from most others is it's configurability. Kudos to the EPIM Team

After a thorough analysis I chose EPIM already many years ago (since release 2.x, I presume).
As solid as a rock, 1000/% reliable, fantastic flexibility, and a wonderful user community and Service Support.

As I have already mentioned several times the program is good but the synchronization with google and android is terrible.
Each sync doubles or triples the records. Very bad!!

Having previously tried several Information Management programmes and found them lacking, either functionally or through poor support, I unreservedly recommend EssentialPIM.
(a) --- It works well, and (b) the Support Team are superb.
The only regret I have --- I wish I had discovered it a long time ago.

It is sad, that you don't operate with Linux.
So I cannot use you, as I work with Linux Mint !

As a stand alone program it is great but the sync process with other copies or with android is abysmal.

Great on the pc stand alone good functionality Great security all in one notes contacts email etc.

But

Thes days if it doesn't sync seamlessly with your phone it's not cutting the mustered they seam to have been trying hard to get sync working but without much success. Delets and/or randomly duplicates stuff

So as a stand alone I give a 4 to 5 star but as a package, sorry its only a two star at most

Solid value, feature packed, top support. Probably the only CRM you'll ever need.

One word: EXCELLENT. Whenever you have a question or a problem you get a quick answer (<1 day).
Interface is easy (looks like the original Outlook interface of Microsoft).

I adopted EssentialPIM because of continual problems with MS Outlook. I only use the Home version but it has performed faultlessly in the year I've been testing it against two other non-MS applications and will continue with it for the foreseeable future.

Amazingly useful software, especially for this retired senior citizen!

I use EPIM for my contact manager and all scheduling. It works like a Swiss Watch--smoothly and efficiently (but does run fast). When I need clarification, help is a quick and useful response. I don't use the email capability much (yet) but it has a very useful facility to send emails to each contact in a list (ie send newsletter). I most highly recommend this program to anyone needing a scheduler and/or contact manager....and advanced email capabilities.

Excellent e-mail client, user friendly. Quick and adequate response of the office in case of a problem or question.
