I had the freeze and tone package. I would highly recommend Gemma and Claire, made me feel completely comfortable and non judgemental. I had fantastic results too and will definitely be back again after I over indulge on my next holiday.

Facilities are fantastic and really friendly people, happy with my results so far, have just had a 2nd fat freeze. Treatments are not overly expensive like I have seen elsewhere, would definitely recommend.

Myself and my Mother in law have just come to the end of our BMI Buster and over the last 7 weeks Michelle has been supportive, amazing, knowledgable and made the whole experience a relaxed one. We couldn't of done it without her!!!!!

Gemma and Michelle are both professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. I had the fat cavity and fat freezing treatments over the course of six weeks and have lost at least an inch from the cavity treatment alone. The fat freezing has another 8 weeks before I see the effects. Highly recommend!!

Just finished few months worth of treatments with Gemma,fat freezing and envy facials. Gemma is lovely,I am grieving for my son and she listened to me and we spoke about my son Luca,she was so lovely. Had a few skin problems and she was very understanding and gave extra help and looked into it. Was a journey for me but worth it and I would recommend without hesitation. I did the BMI buster treatment for my stomach over a 2 month period. I had amazing results loosing more than 13cm from my stomach over this period and will go back in another 3 months for the final result.

Gemma was awesome, really nice, super helpful and always made me feel at ease.

I had to drive a long way to the location from my house taking between 1 to 1.5 hours depending on traffic but it was well worth the travel.

They are located in what looks like a warehouse at the end of a very narrow, windy country road which is more of dirt track.

I really enjoyed the whole experience and would definitely recommend.

I've always wanted to find a solution to help with areas of my body that I have been conscious of, namely my muffin tops and mum tum! After extensive research, I was recommended to get in touch with Essex Body Sculpture and I'm so glad I did! I have just finished the BMI Buster course with a Fat Freeze as my last treatment and although I have 12 weeks to wait until I see my final results, I am absolutely THRILLED with the changes I have seen so far.

Gemma has been absolutely incredible throughout my treatments and has always been on hand to answer any questions I may have had. She is so encouraging and supportive and it was a pleasure to see her each week.

You must be prepared to drink alot of water but believe me, every drop is worth it when you see the results these treatments can provide. If you're unsure about what treatment might be right for you, book a consultation and I promise, you will not be disappointed!

I am so disappointed, I did not get results and when I requested a refund, was told - "you will see from the forms that you signed we cannot give refunds for treatments which are unsuccessful". I feel like an idiot for believing this could work.
I read plenty of reviews online before my treatment, most saying about how nice the people were (and they were), but I wish I'd seen more about the results.
So apparently 95% of customers are happy with their results, but what about the other 5%?
I wish I'd read an honest review like this before I signed up, I would have thought twice before investing my time, money and hope.
Since my treatment didn't work I have looked at other companies online who offer money back guarantees, if only I'd gone to one of those.
I didn't even go in for the selective radio frequency treatment, I was booked in for cavitation treatment and was advised radio frequency would be better for me I also paid to have fat freezing and extra on top of the treatment prices each time for shockwave.
If anyone has made it to the end of my review (sorry its so long), I'm not saying don't have the treatment; it might work for you- I'm saying find someone who offers a money back guarantee as you could be in the 5% and don't flush your money down the drain.

I can see I have a response to my review, but as I cannot see a way to answer that response and so I will leave my answer here...
Firstly I find it strange that you have not had any Trust pilot reviews in nearly a month and then as soon as a new bad review is left, 5 new positive reviews pop up.
Your response suggests I gained weight; I started my treatment in August and came to be weighed last week (March) as I was asked to be patient, my weight changed by 1lb, most people go up and down a couple of pounds within the same day.
You also mentioned that successful clients need to also show commitment by following the aftercare advice; I was advised to drink plenty of water and I did/do, I drink at least 8 pints if not more a day. I also kept a food diary, this was not advised, but I thought it would be a good idea.
You mentioned that you gave £550 worth of free treatment; it is only worth £550 if it works and it 100% did not work. In fact what you gave me was 1 hour of free treatment.
I have asked for my records including any notes and images, I have not yet received them.
The way your response reads, it comes across that you feel I am in some way responsible. I am not; my blood tests also show I am healthy.

I’ve been to Essex Body Sculpture for 2 lots of fat freezing and emshape treatments now (arms and tummy) and have been delighted with the results. I ummed and ahhed about booking for a while but am so glad I took the plunge. Both Gemma and Michelle are lovely and make you feel comfortable and at home straight away. The results on my stomach in particular have been fantastic so I would definitely recommend.

I messaged body sculpture on Monday and got a phone call straight away to book me in for 2 days later. The lady I spoke to was lovely and Michelle was also lovely, made sure I was comfortable and knew what was happening during my treatment! A very lovely place.

I can honestly say this is one of the best decisions I have made ! For so long I have wanted to do something to help with areas of my body I was unhappy with but didn't feel confident enough to make an appointment.
But when I attended my booked appointment with Michelle not only did I find the environment at Essex body sulpture welcoming, descret and professional but Michelle was amazing she noticed I was nervous and put me at ease she was empathic, understanding and informative. Gemma worked her magic on my legs with Slimo sessions and I could see a real difference at the end of the course of treatment. Also had Emshape on my tummy with definite improvement by the end of the sessions. Gemma was very friendly and caring and puts you at ease straight away.

Fortunate to have Essex Body Sculpture within easy reach. Privacy and discretion are paramount for certain types of treatments, and my experience here has been truly enjoyable. Gemma is a "gem" - she's caring and kind, knows her stuff and puts you immediately at ease. Her attention to clients is remarkable. Likewise, it's reassuring to have the clinical expertise from Clare as well, who will take all the time needed to answer any questions you have. Appointments are well-spaced to avoid overlap, adding to a feeling of exclusivity. The facility is spacious and kept to a high standard of cleanliness. Highly recommend.

I booked in for a Fat freeze and EMshape package deal
I needed a kick start after having gained a fair amount of fat from being in a comfortable relationship that ended. I tried going to the gym and swim prior but it wasn't budging.
Decided to take the dive and give Essex Body Sculpture a go and I was thoroughly surprised by my whole experience!
Although I wouldn't class myself as big by any means I was still self conscious but Gemma and the other lovely ladies made me feel happy and comfortable!
I was always excited for my sessions and I saw some very good results! I lost a fair amount of stubborn fat and look a bit more toned so this is the perfect foundation to carry on !

I would 100% have some other sessions here again and would recommend anyone to give Essex Body Sculpture a try!
