Really easy company to deal with. Good service and value for money (shopped around and E.S.R. were cheaper than some of the other well know big companies) Simon did a great job fixing the corner damage on our car, it’s as good as new! Will definitely use them again in the future (if needed!)

I put a nasty scuff in the bumper of my Porsche Cayenne when a steel gate swung closed on it in the wind. The paint was taken off down to the plastic below and the plastic it's self was scuffed. I Contacted Essex Smart Repair via their website and got an almost immediate response. Technician turned up on time and was very pleasant and friendly. The repair is flawless, impossible to tell that anything was ever wrong. Very happy indeed, many thanks for a very professional service.

Mark came out to refurb my difficult satin BMW wheels, awesome service and as always from Essex Smart Repairs, a quality finish. Won't go anywhere else!

Jacek was our technician. He was very professional. Arrived early, set up on the driveway. The whole job took a little under 2 hours and the scuff damage to our rear (plastic) bumper was gone! Highly recommended.

Very happy with my bumper scuff repair. Jack was polite and took his time with the repair. Great price aswell, other companies were charging at least £50 more.

Popped in for a quote on the Friday and my car was repaired by the Tuesday afternoon. Thanks to Josh for doing a fantastic job in removing the dent on the rear panel. I wasn't certain that the dent could be removed because it was on the body line but the car looks like it hadn't been damaged. I'm very pleased with the result and wouldn't hesitate in using Essex Smart Repairs again or in recommending them to anyone else that needs this type of repair to be carried out. The team have provided excellent service from start to finish.

I recently had an alloy wheel repair by technician Colin of Essex Smart Repairs.
 
Firstly Colin arrived on time and was both professional and courteous at all times plus the work he did on my wheel was of exceptional quality and standard.

He made a fantastic job of the repair as the damage I sustained hitting the kerb was quite extensive. The work Colin performed on my alloy was so good you would never have known it to have been damaged.

Bad cutomer service.
Sent in for a online quote which I accepted by phone to the office.Told the local guy would contact me.
Took a few days and said he would come on Tuesday
And let me know on the day when he should be coming am or pm.
Tuesday came and went didn't show up, no call text nothing.
Gave it a few days phoned the office they said he probably forgot and would get him to call me.
Waited all day at the end of the day he phoned and said he would come on Tuesday again a week after the first appointment.
Again he didn't turn up no text no call no new appointment.
All on all terrible customer service seems to start from the top as the guy I spoke to in the office is one of the directors of the company.

Essex Smart Repairs has saved me big time. During a visit to the UK I rented a car. Someone scratched the front door badly and with the basic insurance I had it meant that I was liable for all damage up to 1000gbp. Since the rental companies assess the damage and select the companies that will repair their cars, the bill could have been anywhere up to 1000gbp.

What made me extra happy with the service I got is that my car was repaired the morning after I called. Since I had to return the car that day as well this was of vital importance.

Finally, the guy who showed up the next morning to actually fix my car up (Im so sorry I forgot your name!) was very kind. He was able to explain exactly what he would do to fix the scratch and he seemed genuinely happy to help me out (even though it was very early in the morning). Big thanks again dude!

I would strongly recommend this service.

Workmanship was very good but disappointed with the fact that the office failed to let technicians know the change of address where work was to be carried out.
This meant one of the technicians had an aborted visit to the original address and instead of 9am didn’t arrive until 10-30am.

I was very happy with the repairs to my vehicle carried out by essex smart repairs.
