Excellent service attention to detail and finish

Easy booking, I was able to arrange a repair very quickly. The operative arrived on time, explained everything clearly & it took the time stated, the price was competitive too & the work was completed to a high standard as well as being guaranteed. The operative was neat & tidy too and cleared everything away before he left, I was very pleased with the service & would use & recommend them again.

Had My Alloy Wheel Repaired By Johnny Hotwheels. All I can say is extravagant service by him. His customer service was exceptional and very polite. The skeleton in his van put a smile on my face. Definitely recommend Essex Smart Repairs!!

I had bad kerb damage on my Matt black wheels which I had been told by countless companies they would need to strip down to metal. ESR said they could do a repair without affecting the rest of the wheel. The repair took around an hour and has put the wheels back to looking factory finish. The price was good value and they agreed to repair slight damage to a second wheel whilst they were there. I would highly recommend this company.

Had a dent in my driver's door, which is completely gone now. Can't even see where it was. Didn't have to have it filled or painted. Great service, lovely, friendly technician and quick and easy process. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic, had one of our vehicles damaged in a car park. Essex Smart repairs were recommended to me by a friend. After calling them I took the van to them to get a quote, the staff are very friendly and the pricing was very fair. The repair was done in a great time frame and you would never know there was any damage. 100% recommend this company.
