I ordered a name a star for £20. And for that price I received it by email for myself to print it, it wasn’t want I thought I had purchased I was expecting it to arrive in the post. I won’t be using them again very disappointed as it is a Xmas gift.

Confusion over how much you actually pay for.

I bought a voucher worth £20 and only received a pdf of the certificate when I wanted the gift pack.

Really good experience, however i find it ridiculous that i had to pay £10 extra for a certificate with a box type thing and that’s not including delivery!
