Brilliant service! Had a little problem with payments ect but was resolved straight away and was picked up by yourselves before I even noticed.

The naming a star bit is perfect and the certificate is fine.... however, I felt the packaging comes across rather ordinary. I'd bought this for my husbands 60th birthday, and had hoped this would look and feel worthy of being given as a gift, but it's just 3 pieces of paper inside a thin card folder tied up wit a bit of gold ribbon...felt cheap and tacky. I didn't go for the basic option, so paid to have one in the zodiac sign and believe presentation is key, but this just feel flat and had no star quality at all.

Always a sore point of the year my dads anniversary the whole family goes into deep depression and I want to change that .This gift has changed everyone’s mindset and they are a lot more positive when it comes around. It has my family looking out for the star always knowing that my dad is looking down on them and when they are feeling down there is always somewhere for them to look for him to have that peace of mind. One off the best gifts I’ve ever purchased to be fair I was skeptical but it really have changed the mood and thinking in our family I’d highly recommended it.
