Convenient and quick way to get a title from another state. Customer service was five stars, I just wish I had a tracking number and knew it was coming from FedEx.

I didn't realize I wasn't on a DMV site until I had completed the order. However, I wanted to get the tags quickly so that my son, who's driving the car, wouldn't have to worry about getting a "fix-it" ticket. Unfortunately, I did not get the tags until January 16th. Not what I'd consider a quick turnaround. I gave them two stars because the customer service was reactive. They asked me to give it to the 18th to arrive and at that point they would have reissued the tags and given me a tracking number.

Easy to complete! Timeliness of receiving the tags.

I ordered a specialty tag and renewed my registration, it accepted the new license plate number and then the regular one showed up and I never recieved my money back for the extra cost.

Can't imagine our local Sarasota DMV allows eTags to get involved, with our registrations, I missed the line on my initial registration form that says make sure you see the local DMV logo the website, Etag looks offical but they are a seperate entity altogether,,,,,they did do a good job getting right back to me on my registration, got my sticker and id reg in less than a week, but beware, their additional charges for a $91 registration totaled out at a $130, when filling out their form there is no mention of additional charges, which would have been nice, so fool me once it will not happen again......

In a hurry to pay my car registration fee I mistakenly landed on etags instead of DMV and overpaid. The transaction went through and I realized that the fee was high because the site wasn’t DMV but etags. I immediately called them and asked to cancel the transaction. They said they will have to file my request and will contact me within an hour. It was not resolved to my liking and I spoke to another person and, while the second person was very polite, the results has been the same. They claim the orders are processed immediately while I could clearly see that the registration fee was still unpaid within the time I tried to reasonably with the customer service. Also, their supervisors are available past 24 hours after the transaction?!? WTH?
Their bill includes a convenience fee which ended up being $80 of inconvenience. DO NOT Recommend!!!

Etags provided me no service but yet they still charged me $213 for something I paid 80$ at the dmv.
Do not use this service

The time in Manor, I would’ve just like to get it for two years but when I applied for it, I don’t think it offered that if it did, I didn’t see it. That’s the only thing I could’ve said that would’ve been any different and you know I would like to get it to your sticker.
