No follow up!
Between Jenni and Joanna I have not been able to find out why my car title has been sitting ready for almost 2 weeks. I am only in town for one week to sell my car! I got an email the title had shipped, and I presumed it would be here. Not the case! So I have missed a prime weekend to sell my vehicle! The detail people were here as promised. I sure wish I had my title! There has been no follow-up from them. I have initiated all follow-up!

I used Etags to try to register my car…
I used Etags to try to register my car in Florida. I originally gave them the paperwork they requested. Then they told me that I needed a VIN verification form. I downloaded the form from the Florida directly and took the form and drove the car to the local police station to have an officer sign it to verify the VIn. Sent this in and Etags said they could not use this form and it had to be their own form. So I downloaded their form and did the same and sent this in. They replied with the following:
"Part B, the date section must be completed. You do not need to notarize it if a police officer completed that section, but the date is missing. Please enter the same date you have in Part A (1/12/2026) and send me a new image with the date section in Part B completed."
I then added the date. Then they came back and advised the following:
"We can complete the request; however, as explained in my last response, the VIN form has been altered. Therefore, if you send it as is, the State will reject it, and we will request a new one. We are telling you this because we do not want to delay your order."
The officer signed in the wrong spot and crossed this out and signed in the correct spot. Problem here is they told me the date was missing. Fixed this on the same form, then they come back with the alteration issue. They continued to throw one issue after the other as opposed to reviewing all the documents at one time and advising what was necessary. After working with Etags for 3 months, I took the same papers that I downloaded to Etags to the Collier County tax office and had no problems getting the tile changed, the license plate and the registration. E-tags will not refund the monies despite all of these issues. Go straight to your state and avoid the extra expense, aggravation, time and effort that I wasted with Etags.

Miserable service
Miserable service. I specifically asked for a new license plate/registration. Without further clarifying the plan of action I was instead denied a new plate and was charged for a service I didn’t want. I had to follow up to inquire concerning this issue. The issue was communicated to me then - after I already had been charged instead of before/during. The solution of course was to actually purchase another service. Will be disputed.

FL tag is $81.10 Etag charged $120+ w/o approval
My tag in FL was $81.10 for 1 year for an 11 year old car. They unilaterally, arbitrarily billed my account $120 + change without my acknowledgment or approval on their service fees. The service fee is absolutely outrageous. This is a third-party company. It is not the state registration. I called the number that the state of Florida gave me and pushed zero for an operator. The system hangs up on you. You cannot communicate with them via telephone. I will never do business with them again. Do you want to do business with a company who charges whatever they want without telling you?

100% scam, they steal your money
These people scammed me but PayPal was able to get me a refund. They never sent my title and lied they did and could not help me after. This company is not in America and is scamming Americans because we are too nice and tolerant. They sent me and PayPal a tracking number they never paid shipping for. If you use them use a credit card so you can dispute the charge and get your money back once they scam you.
