Friendly and awesome
Friendly, prompt and professional service. So good at what they do. Been using them for my last four years. Reasonable rates and I got back way more than I had expected when the accountants had a look over it for me. Highly recommended by me.

Tax Made Easy
The team at ETax make lodging my tax return stress free and convenient. Took only 30 mins online and submitted within 24 hours to ATO. This is the third year using their service and I will continue in the future.

Also, please let us outline some of the key differences between our service and the ATO:
- We tailor our tax return to suit you, there's not unnecessary or pointless questions that don't apply to you to slow you down
- We offer personalised tax deduction suggestions based on your occupation
- We offer Live Chat, Phone and Secure Message support
- We are a registered tax agent who's on your side to make sure you get the best refund
- When you submit your return in our system you're getting the same service as you would by visiting an accountant face to face, but online
- Lodging direct to the ATO means you're on your own with no help
Once we received your review we immediately escalated your file to one of our senior accountants who tried to get in contact with you personally to discuss your concerns and to offer a resolution. We believe one of our accountants spoke with you earlier today and sent through a secure message on your Etax account, providing an explanation and offering a resolution.
We sincerely hope your opinion of Etax has changed to a more positive one than outlined in your original review. Thanks again for getting in touch and for using our service. return e-tax user because fast & easy, no waiting on queries
As always easy & quick to do my return, e-tax chat is great that can get an answer straight away when unsure on a question so can complete my return without waiting. Pre-fill and previous years answers saves heaps of time too. Can do your tax in the time it takes to drink your cuppa.

First time User
I was referred to E Tax by a family member and had my misgivings but have found it relatively easy to use.
Although there are areas that I am not sure of, my understanding is the E Tax staff will follow up if required.
I recommend using at this point in time.
