As soon as we received your review, we escalated your file to one of our senior accountants, and we understand they have been in touch with you to personally address your concerns, provide an explanation and offer a resolution. Our senior accountant let us know they were also able to get in touch with the ATO on your behalf and provided you with an update from them, to explain the reason for the delays on their end.
Once again, we apologise for the frustrations this has caused. We look forward to providing you with an update once we know more.

They the first tax agent I went too so I got nothing bad to say about them. They been a great help to me and I'll happily stick with them. I don't mind the fee and if there's something they did that didn't go well it doesn't matter coz they been a huge help so I would recommend them to anyone who is look for a good, helpful and trusted agent.

Would 100% use again
Found the service so easy to use. So quick with the application. And was amended by them and actually ended up with a better of return. My partner's details were added without me having to do it. All in all a pleasant experience.

One Happy Camper
I have used Etax for the last couple of years and am thoroughly satisfied with their expertise in ensuring that I am not overpaying any tax funds due. They ensure that I have provided all of the necessary data for the ATO to provide an accurate assessment of my income and deductions. I am also pleased with the ease in which they make the process to lodge my tax return. I have become a regular customer and anticipate that I will continue to use Etax in the future.

Stress Free Tax
ETax experience is a positive and a stress free way to complete your Tax return.
I have used this company for the last few years and have always found them very helpful.
Everything is set out very well on the site and is easier to navigate to find the information you want.
It is also a bonus that two accountants check your return before they lodge it with the ATO ensuring that it is accurate and hopefully you get the best return possible.
