Great products - long delivery time
Great products, just the delivery took forever (over 10 days to arrive) and I had to chase it up. I know that Royal Mail was having some delays but there were no comms sent out to advise customers.

As a new small business, we try really hard to provide the best customer experience so have now added an additional note to our dispatch confirmation email advising customers that there may be delivery delays due to current Covid-19 lockdown restrictions.
