Excellent Small Company - Just Work on the Haggis!

Committed small company (2 people), very dedicated and professional, with excellent customer support. I had an issue with delivery which was a problem with Royal Mail, but Alan at Ethical Game was great, despite my initial frustration.

The muntjac cuts really were excellent, tender and tasted amazing (neck and smoked haunch).

My constructive feedback would be the venison haggis...the texture is far too fine, almost like a sticky cake crumb. Not the coarser texture in all other haggis I've had (a few...). I would suggest revisiting their haggis recipe and this would definitely be 5 stars.

One of the reasons for my order was to try this haggis, so some disappointment, but the venison cuts were excellent - I will be coming back for those, with the professionalism and personal touch 😊
