Overall, my experience was much better, than previous times, in terms of the courier delivery

APC overnight delivery service, delivered, when they said they would, and I got email and text notifications, on the day with a 2 hour delivery window

In terms of the items, I was really disappointed. The Eniola Ijebu garri, was just like normal garri, as it was not sour enough and I found pieces of string in them, also the plantains, were the size of large bananas, so I did not feel they were value for money.

I also wish, that the larger bags of dried goods like garri, had sealable tabs so that they are easier to store

All in all it was OK

My order got to me in Scotland fresh and in time. My second time ordering from this site. They let you know if there's a change in the date of delivery or items not available. Happy customer here😘.

Good packaging and timely delivery

Online ordering was easy and efficient. Better still was the friendly advice I received when I telephoned. Goods were of good quality and delivered on time. An improvement to the service would be the ability to choose the required quantity of a product rather than be limited to a prescribed amount.

My Guava arrived rotten. I'm highly disappointed especially when I was thinking High of this establishment only for them to sell me rotten fruits.

I am so pleased with everything I ordered for, the yam was really good and tasty, everything is as expected. The beans is too expensive though. But your goods are generally affordable and delivery was fast and cheap too. I will definitely order again, especially yam, garri and plantain.

Highly recommend, I was so happy to find these products online, I made EfoRiro soup. The plantains were nice and big but did ripen very quickly so we had to eat the lot within 3 days but otherwise the order was perfect, will definitely use again soon.

Excellent Service, fresh foodstuffs and on-time delivery. I would also state that they are quite responsive when there is any complaint and they act promptly. I would say as feedback keep it up. Also, it would be cool to increase your selections in meat and poultry varieties. And ensure there is high availability of Moi Moi leaves, as I do enjoy them. Thanks.

Very easy to order and delivery was quicker than expected. Although they say 3-5 working days, I actually received my order within a couple of days.

Please desist from ordering your ‘iru’ from the supplier as I had to throw away a whole pot of amazing soup cooked with your iru and it had loads to stones in it. I bought 3 packets and went to check the other 2 and they also contained small stones about the same size as the iru seeds. I was and still am totally upset at the waste of the soup because of this and also had to throw away the other two packets. What a complete waste of money and also dangerous as the stones could have cracked my teeth. Although your online ordering was good as well as delivery, I am scared to order from you again

First time customer. My order was delivered very quickly. The yam, plantains and pepper I ordered where all fresh and and in good condition. And the other packed items where excellent also. I will be ordering from them again.

Arrived on time. But had to throw away spinach. It was basically black. Yuck!
Meats and fish were good. Stayed frozen.

I would order again mainly spices and frozen. Never fresh.

Due to the eu border issue, my order was delayed by 2 weeks. When I called to complain the team handled it well and provided a follow-up and reasonable solution. Everything was in top condition except the perishable (due to the delay).
