The order arrived safely. With the Covid lockdown I was very happy to find an online store that delivers. I was also impressed with the level of customer service I received after making the order when something was out of stock. I have recommended to family and friends and on social media.

I can not fault their services, ethnicmixx is very considerate and fair. They communicate with swiftness and their customer service is excellent, anytime any day.

Because of Covid 19 I have had to find other ways to source some of my food because I was finding it difficult to get an online supermarket slot. Couldn't find Mama Sita's Caldereta Mix in the UK at a reasonable price ... until Google found EthicMixx for me! Order arrived very quickly, process was easy and communications re progress excellent. They followed up with a marketing e-mail which showed a keen interest in their business. Will definitely use this company again when all my stock runs out!

2nd time I ordered here.
I received a phone call from them to let me know that there will be a delay on the delivery and that’s ok with me.
Received a kilo of not so fresh okra. No photo to prove it as couldn’t bother to do so and got myself busy to cook them all.

The package was deliver to me here in italy for 6 working days and its perfect to me.. they are the best.

A surprise find from a google search is where I discovered EthnicMixx.Com with a fairly easy to use website I was able to order Goat meat at a good price. The food arrived a day earlier than requested but they did call first to check I was there to accept the goods. The food itself came very well wrapped and I have just returned home today from a family event where everyone commented how tasty the meat was. So thank you EthnicMixx.Com !!
