Not user friendly at all
Not user friendly at all. We have the unfortunate experience of being required to use this app every week to purchase tickets to our kids high school football games. Apple Pay hasn’t worked all season long and it’s very cumbersome to use. Our school district needs to look in to an alternative.

We see a couple orders in our system for upcoming events at the Raue Center. All confirmation emails, containing your tickets, are sent from confirmation@etix.com. Please double check your inbox, spam and trash folders to be sure these emails weren't accidentally filtered by your email provider.
If you're unable to locate your tickets, you can go to www.etix.com and click "Order Lookup" at the top right to find your order and have your confirmation email resent to you.

I was unable to exchange my two tickets to a different table even though I purchased 6 more tickets !
Also I have yet to receive a receipt or confirmation for my 8 ticket purchase.

Concert was cancelled, but not notified
Easy to work with, but they did nothing to notify me about the cancellation of a recent concert. All I got was a credit on my bank records, but no other notification.

Thank you for your feedback. Historically Etix has not had a patron app, but we are pleased to be launching an app in 2026 that will allow you to view and securely share tickets.
Until then, your tickets can be printed at home and shared physically, you may print to .pdf and share digitally with a friend, or you may save your mobile ticket to your Apple Wallet and share that way as well. We hope that helps!
