Product arrived on time with no issues.

The price was ok, the delivery took a longer time then I expected.

36 days of waiting to deliver a package from France to Italy. Shipping cost €53. If they sent it in a bottle to the sea it would arrive sooner. They do not respect European laws on the right of withdrawal, they charge 30% of the value of the goods in case of change of mind. Never again. Zero stars.

This is my second time ordering from Etoren.

They have nice products, easy to order. So far I bought blackview products. 1 tablet and 2 cell phones and they are all great. But each delivery was very late, and we were not updated that our order will be later than written on our deliver estimation.

For example the estimate was for 10-25 September, when it actually arrived mid October. So if you are buying for a gift, order early and send them an email to confirm est delivery date. The team is very polite and quick to respond, which is great.

One star less because the charger was chinese type not european. All the other matters (condition of package and time of delivery) were OK. If you can send me
a charger of european type, i will give you back and the last star.

I received my order within seven days. It was packed very well. Very happy with the sale of high quality products very safe.

Everything happened to be as promised. Delivery was in time and no additional taxes have been claimed. My first Impression of the Smartphone is very good. The software meets international standards including all Google facilities, which rather I intend to avoid, but this is my personal approach.

Item came by estimated delivery date provided by courier. Good experience, will buy again. Provided tracking info by courier NinjaVan in Singapore so I could track the delivery.

Satisfying UX from an e-commerce perspective. I Emailed customer support the day before the earliest expected delivery date as I had no Comms. Response was first thing as they came online during their work hours confirming the order had been dispatched with a tracking number. Order arrived the next working day
