This was my 2nd time ordering from ETOREN and the 2nd time my device had arrived far earlier (just a week) than the many-week estimate, very impressive. I will certainly be using them again in a few years for my next phone.

Etoren are very easy to do business with, from the ordering process to delivery. Communication is great, they will advise of delays or issues with certain device colours. Specified delivery times are adhered to; have never had a problem with buying from Etoren. Recommended. The only negative I have is the speed of their web site, but thats a minor issue.

I placed an order from Canada but changed my mind after the delivery dated was updated to a later time that did not suite me. I requested to cancel the order within 24 hours after placing it. Response from customer service was a little slow ( 3 days) but they did agree to a cancellation and full refund. Will consider purchasing from Etoren again if they have what I need and the price is right.

Thank you Etoren and DHL India for Import and Protect my Parcel. But when This was received by Local (Indian) Delivery Scam centre they are Destroyed my Parcel Security.. actually third Class like scam centre local (Indian)delivery centre .. Im scared Import for upcoming Product from Etoren.

Have pay Oppo watch , wait 6 Weeks for now ,nothing received,seller send me Tracking Number , 4 Weeks nothing See , ITS Bad service , i Happy have pay with PayPal, PayPal give me Money Back , buyer protect , Trust Not the seller , 0 Points for Etoren , careful

Easy to order and phone turned up early. I've bought my last three phones from Etoren, always been good.

I was at first doubtful because it haven't heard of etoren before in india. But I did took the risk and ordered . Now am surprised to see that they are genuine and quite fast. Ordered received on time. Hope to order in future again. Am satisfied of course.
