Beware of supposed "warranty"
We bought a 1 e74GV etrailer Electric Trailer Jack w/ 7-Way - Drop Leg - A-Frame - 22-1/2" Lift - 5K
back in August. It quit working. I called the company, Josh is out all week. I spoke to the receptionist. She said in order to use the warranty I need to remove the jack and send it back to them at my expense. They have a discounted shipping account but won't use it. I have to pay to box it up and send it back in order for them to send a replacement. I would think I could take video/pictures of this not working, take a picture of the cord cut (to show I'm not fibbing) and they would replace it...but no. I have to send it in. I find this frustrating and don't feel like this is taking care of the customer.

I purchased a “etrailer” branded electric jack and it lasted two trips. The jack seized up and stopped working. The jack lasted less then two months and the company’s response is for me to pay to ship their broken part back for repair. Products should work as stated and not fail after its second use. Very poor customer service and extremely low quality products. Do not use etrailer.com I suggest Amazon or others before this company.

A company with integrity
I had an issue with a delayed shipment/ damaged items on a power supply and had to ship multiple times. I was really counting it due to not being able to have a charge on my batteries to have my heater work. The way this was handled afterward completely turned the experience around.
Chris, the supervisor, personally stepped in, took responsibility, and handled everything with professionalism and priority. He clearly understood the situation, communicated well, overnighted the correct part, and arranged for the shipment to be returned without putting extra burden on me. Most importantly, he made me feel heard and respected as a customer.
Mistakes happen with any company what matters is how they respond. Chris went above and beyond to make it right, and because of that I feel confident doing business with e trailer again in the future. Outstanding customer service and accountability is rare and deserves recognition.
