Very nice & very good

Worked for 18 hours then went dead, I paid for 10 days unlimited. Unable to make contact with company

I was frantically buying the wrong eSIM (incorrect country) but the support helped me out, issued me a refund no problem and my wifi works great.

I have purchased the e sim after a thorough search with the well known phone company 's on the market (vodafone, telekom) which offer was way too high.The instruction to install it was clear and easy,I just had to restart my phone at the end of the process.

This is my first time using an esim I love it! It's user-friendly, affordable, and there's a lot of variety. Thank you very much! It has helped me a lot during my travels.

Sadly zero stars are not Possible.

Used Etravelsim in Japan 2 times without flaws.
I transit through Korea and bought an Esim for Korea as well 5gb for 30 days even though i just need it for one day.
I followed the instructions as adviced in the mail. It worked two times before.
For Korea it didnt work at first so i followed the troubleshooting-guide.

It suggested restarting the Phone.

I did exactly that but what i didnt knew is that certain Settings resetted and my actual Sim connected to mobile data coverage.

I used some Apps that need Mobile Data to work a bit for Translation in korea before i got hit with a notification that i now have to pay 47,60€ to my Sim-Provider.
As i just connected after restarting the phone and not changing any settings i expected that the mobile data usage was still set for the Esim. But it connected to the regular-Sim instead. All because i did exactly what was told in the activation manuals in the mail.

Whats my fault is that i expected things to work after following the Troubleshooting guide and didnt doublecheck what the mobile data usage was set to.

I want to mention again that i did exactly what was written down 2 times before and it worked great without a Problem.

I contacted the support and even if the answers are increadibly fast they are no help at all as they take troubleshooting further...
The problem is not that i dont have mobile data now for a day of Transit in Korea but that because of instructions provided i now have to pay at least 46,70€.

I dont recommend at all anymore.

Yes i know what happened. I described it before.
It happened because i did follow the instructions that are send via Mail.
I dont care about further Troubleshooting when the damage is already done.
It occured because i restarted the phone as suggested in the mail instructions.
The settings for prefered usage of mobile Data doesnt save.
It was one day of transit in Korea i dont need the ESIM to work anymore.
Your refund is something i did myself with buyers protection from Paypal.

Amazing. I live in Mexico and traveled to Europe, bought a Regional eSIM. I got to use it in Italy, Germany, Greece and Croatia, it worked great in each country. I highly recommend ETravel Sim.

Convenient esim network provider. Reliable internet even miles away from shore.

I chose eTravelsim because of their local US number and competitive pricing, but my experience was disappointing.

1 The setup was complicated and only worked after contacting customer support (who did help me well).
2 The local number I received was clearly problematic: I was called almost daily by spam callers, and the number was even flagged as spam for others, which made communication difficult.
3 Coverage was poor compared to Saily (data-only), which my family members used without issues.

Overall: attractive pricing, but due to the spam calls, poor coverage, and difficult setup I cannot recommend this provider.

Best esim I ve ever used...it works perfect and they provide the best support...well done...

Have used their services in the US for years now - never had any problems. eSIM delivered within minutes, perfect coverage, no isssues whatsoever.

Hardly worked. Got an e sim for Morocco, the internet worked at the airport at the way to the hotel, great! We went to the waterfalls and it was so patchy, we went to the desert and it was non existent, even on the travelling there and back in the coach. We went to the markets today and the internet was non existent! Which was stressful as the markets are so big and needed to navigate back to our coach, luckily we were with a couple that a good working e sim that guided us back. Can’t say I’d use again

The tech support helped me and the esim started to work.

The customer service always replies as fast as possible, even late at night, when I had questions. And they were very friendly as well. They try everything they can to resolve your issues. eTravelSim has by far the best customer service. Thank you very much 🙌🏼

It's great that you can choose a product providing internet access in both Canada and USA. It's esas to install. Remember, when the phone asks for a PIN code, press 0000. eTravel SIM is a lot cheaper than using your own subscription for roaming outside EU:

This is a super slow and non customer oriented service. Their app won't show if you've any eSim available. I did mine from the website and I got the esim QR code after good one hour. Now that a month has passed for the service I availed, there was no formal intimation about it. Although I recharged my account (again from the website)
To my surprise, the same thing happened. Now, they don't respond at all, neither on chats nor on their whatsapp helpline.
Moreover, I did a blunder recommending this service to my other friends who are here on trip with me. All of them had to avail other services and they rather bought other ones and also got no response.

Sorry for my previous review. My eSIM is best thing to have when travelling. I’m always connected and able to reach my kids at home. Thanks a lot. Asante sana

Stay away! One-time QR code doesn’t work twice – and no help from support

I bought an eSIM for Turkey (10 days unlimited data), but it didn’t work – no mobile data, no APN settings, no 4G/5G.
I deleted the eSIM to try reinstalling it (as their own instructions suggest), but after that, the activation code was invalid.
I contacted support and they just sent me the same useless QR code again.

No refund, no solution. Just generic copy-paste replies.
Don’t waste your money. Terrible service.
