My first Ettinger purchase. I have had several fine wallets over the last 30 years that have grown & aged with me. The Ettinger bill-fold wallet is superbly made with superb quality leather and fine, consistent stitching. The price is reasonable for the quality. I’m pleased I made the jump back to a leather wallet from the iPhone card-case I’ve used for the last year.

I would particularly highlight my customer service experience in returning a pen case (beautiful product, but my fountain pens were too large to fit). No chatbots or AI to navigate, straight to a human-being.

Common-sense & prompt, courteous, customer service prevails at Ettinger which, in my opinion, is worth its weight in gold.

Needed to order an item at short notice, so called Ettinger, and got put through to Cassi on their Customer Service team. She proved to be very helpful, and ensured the order was processed and despatched within minutes. The parcel arrived on time. In a day and age where many companies have lost the art of 'in person' service, Cassi's professionalism and courtesy is greatly appreciated. Ettinger, and its team, are highly recommended - bravo!

Ettinger is a brand that provides excellent craftsmanship and their product-design stands the test of time. It's the very opposite of fast fashion. Customer service is top notch and so is the delivery in particular.

I was not sure about which wallet to get at first and which colour and especially which text colour for personalisation but the team at Ettinger were extremely helpful in sending me photographs and their suggestions on which would look nicest with the combo I would like! The shipping was also quicker than expected as well!

I purchased a wallet in a beautiful blue (petrol) and ask for it to be customised not thinking that it might take longer than the normal delivery time.
As I was going to gift this wallet to my fiancé when on holiday in Egypt I needed it to arrive soon.

Level and quality of service was exceptional. The card case (along with embossed initials) was beautiful and crafted to highest level of quality, the fact that the team were able to turn around the request and dispatch the item at such speed was incredible.
