I did a lot of research when looking for new tyres, and eTyres always gave the best prices. Range was excellent too, which means I could choose what I wanted at a price I could afford. The website purchase experience was great, and I can confirm that their live chat customer service is very good too. Fully recommend.

Booking was straightforward, with a fitting available when I needed it just a couple of miles away. The price was better than anyone else's for my ridiculous tyre, so all good and I'll use etyres again. The tyre fitters at GKT in Pontllanfraith couldn't have been nicer. Can't fault any of the service.

Had tyres supplied by Etyres that have failed after 14months. Purchased GTRadials all season well above the wear marker and yet pieces of tread started falling off. Etyres stated they only give a 12 month warranty.
Don’t bother using the service , poor quality product supplied and short sighted business model when dealing with customers.

Good prices but terrible service. They charged me for tyres before they were fitted and the fitting company had no record of my order. Still waiting for refund.

The choice of tyres is extensive. The prices are competitive and the the fitting was on time.

Please Avoid. Their customer service is hopeless. Their phone line is on a loop and then when you try another option you get cut off. Web chat is as bad, they respond with a greeting then leave you hanging. Their web site claims to include tyre valves included in their price, their nominated fitting garage says these are extras so they will charge you. I can now see why their tyres are so cheap, they have no customer service when you need to talk to somebody.

As usual the team at Pro tyre are excellent, Lee in particular is very helpful and professional. Have been using Pro tyre for a while now and it's my go to garage for tyres, as a woman I want to feel I can trust them and not be fobbed off with unnecessary work, I would recommend women use garages like Pro tyre as they deserve the trade.

An easy online booking exeperience, competitive prices with a discount for getting all four tyres. Etyres did everything they said they would contacted me 40 mins before arrival & emailed me with a VAT invoice very promptly after my request. Would highly reccomend.

Tyres arrived quickly and were genuinely new, but I was disappointed to receive tyres with different DOT production years (2025 and 2026). This was not clearly mentioned before purchase. Customer service explained their policy, but matching DOTs would have been preferable.

I received a 5star experience from James. I am very happy and pleased with his level of customer service and expertise. He exceeded my expectations and executed with speed and proficiency! Highly professional and knowledgeable. The service was extremely seamless. I would most definitely be returning and recommending that garage. Thanks again!

FAKE LIFETIME GUARANTEE
Bought 4 tyres — all fine until one failed after just 4 months. That's when the nightmare started.

First, they ignored their own 24-hour response guarantee. I had to chase them by phone just to get a reply. Then came the process: I was told to buy a replacement tyre upfront out of my own pocket, then hand the faulty one back to the fitting centre where it was originally installed. When I got there, they refused to take it. Two hours of phone calls and an entire wasted day later, they finally arranged a collection.

Now I've been told to wait 12 weeks for an investigation — after which they say they'll offer a refund. The problem? Their own terms and conditions clearly state you receive a replacement tyre of equivalent condition, not a refund. This tyre was essentially brand new at 4 months old. They have confirmed IN WRITING that they will not honour their own T&Cs.

Meanwhile, the same tyre now costs £20 more than when I bought it — so even if I eventually get the refund, I'm out of pocket. I've already had to buy a new tyre at the higher price just to stay on the road.

This is a company that sells a 'Lifetime Guarantee' as a key feature and then does everything possible to avoid honouring it. Avoid unless you're happy to fight for your basic consumer rights.

The fitting partner was supposed to be a mobile fitter. They called to say that their van was broken and asked to come and drive my car to the garage. I said no. They said they would sort things out. The next day, they came to remove my wheels so they could take them away and fit the tyres. The valves were not changed, which I thought I was paying for as part of the balancing and fitting. Have not driven the car yet, not expecting properly balanced tyres but I might be surprised!

So easy. Enter your registration and postcode, pick a tyre, pick a fitter, pick a date for fitting, turn up, leave car for half an hour, collect and go home.

The guys here were fantastic very professional, they had me in replaced my flat tyre and had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend New Market Tyres LTD.
