Easy to order.
Good choice and prices.
You select a time, but after payment, confirmation says the garage will fit you in when they can because of other jobs. I had to wait 1.5 hours.
Luckily, there was a coffee shop near by.

Very easy to book and the garage gave a set time for the fitting. Very straight forward and had a coffee whilst waiting. Will be using e-tyres and this garage for future tyres and service.

Easy to use app. Found the tyre I needed at the right price. Recieved by fitter the next day.

Poor customer service. Be warned they offer timeslots for tyre changes with third party garages but garages have their own workload. Therefore a simple tyre change will take hours and be on the backend of a garages workload. Avoid as its a waste of your time and expectations

First time I have used this website, good range of tyres, to meet any budget. Quick payment/booking system in place. Local garage available for fitting as well. The garage used is also highly recommended.

Bought 2 new Pirelli P-Zero tyres for my car, arranged for them to be fitted the next day close to home. Turned up at the agreed time, tyres changed within 30 minutes or so.
Second time using etyres, would definitely recommend. 5 Stars!

This must be without doubt the most amateur back of house software money can buy and developers must be cheapest around. It is beyond a joke. It allows you to order tyre, book appointments and they do not deliver the tyres until the day after the appointment.

The reason they cite, any orders placed post 1730 cannot meet delivery the following day. However this is something their software allow you to do. Then you’ll be reminded their T&Cs mean they have no obligation to attempt to get the tyres you ordered, to the location you ordered at a time and day they chose.

All of the staff know this. The fitters at their garage of choice. Their customer service. Their warehouse staff. Yet they continue to allow this.

While I did order late the day prior around (8pm), their system said this would be ready for fitting the next day after 1200.

I will say their staff have been great. Ruth in customer services especially, but Abbi and Levi also. I feel sorry they have to work for such a company.

The next day the tyres didn’t arrive in the morning delivery. I called up asking where they were and they couldn’t tell me. After waiting 90 minutes for them to check where my order was I decided to cancel it.

I then placed an order with a rival, slightly more expensive and a different make. Those were at the garage within 2 hours.

I would never buy from these again. I would never recommend them, ever.

Supplied two tyres but when one is defective they will deny the consumer rights act 2015 and not help you.

Howie and Ema provided an excellent service and I have no hesitation in recommending them. They are very friendly and a good access point for women needing tyres.

Great experience - knew exactly what tyres I wanted for my daughter's car & quickly found that once again buying them through e-tyres was very close to the lowest price out there. The tyres were ready the next day & were fitted incredibly quickly and efficiently.

I placed an order with etyres on 20th August 2025 (Order ref: aETY6697B920) for four Yokohama tyres, with a confirmed fitting appointment for 30th August at 10:00am.

On the day,I spoke to the fitter, only to be told the tyres had not been delivered by etyres. This meant the fitter could not carry out the job, and I had wasted my morning travelling and waiting. I had arranged this specifically ahead of my MOT, so the delay created unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

To make matters worse, I am now looking at delivery to another garage at my own effort and pay separately for the fitting,something that defeats the purpose of booking with etyres in the first place.

Overall, this experience has cost me time, money, and has disrupted my MOT schedule.

If you are considering etyres, I would strongly suggest getting a price from your local garage first. You may well save yourself the hassle and wasted time that I’ve experienced.

Pick your tyres and have them delivered to a local fitting company with a date and time for fitting.

Really easy to order online and extremely reasonable prices. I love the mobile fitting service, especially as my car had a flat at work. The fitter was so friendly and professional and also made sure all my other tyres had the right pressure.
