Worst experience with Lee.
Website said the item would be shipped in 1 to 5 days, 8 days later, the order status still shows as "new". I've emailed the Customer service 3 times and they haven't gotten back to me once. At that point, I'm assuming I'll never receive the item I ordered and I've just lost 100$...
A positive and helpful interaction. Helped me identify jeans similar to my old and much loved pair...

If I could Rate Lee.com less than a #1, I would. The Online Store does not ship what you order, wrong sizes & different styles than ordered, then they want to charge a $6.95 Processing Fee for Your Returning Their Inaccurately shipped merchandise. The quality of workmanship & of the clothing material is very cheap. I would avoid ordering anything from Lee.com
Parcel not delivered to my address by Yodel. Now lost. Photograph taken by delivery driver is not my property and doesn't even look like my street. Delivery email from Yodel gave delivery drivers name and phone number. Number was unobtainable...I am awaiting a refund. Customer service is slow from both Yodel and the supplier.
Will not use either company again.

I ordered two pairs of jeans from the Lee EU site. They arrived within six days of placing the order. I've had to return them ,simply because I ordered the wrong size.The jeans themselves are great , they've exceeded my expectations. I placed an order for two pairs in a different size , they were shipped the same day. I contacted Ana at Customer Services regarding care and washing recommendations. I received a helpful and comprehensive reply pretty much by return. So far , I couldn't be happier!

Received the wrong item called lee immediately to inform. Due to me leaving the country for multiple months, we had agreed that it’d be best to simply keep the wrong item and refund the difference for the jacket. Well, after speaking to multiple reps all i’m told every single day is “24 hours you’ll get a refund” each day that passes i hear the same thing. No refund, no email, nothing. I’m giving it until tomorrow and then i’m going to file a dispute with my credit card instead. They keep saying they “escalated” my case but it seems doubtful. Why can’t you just resolve it over the phone on the spot? Will not order in the future ever again, unless this is resolved now.

I wish I could leave more stars, but unfortunately my experience has been pretty bad so far. I ordered a pair of jeans which have been returned to Lee by courier for no reason - okay, that's the courier's fault - but so far no refund, even though the parcel has arrived at the warehouse some time ago. I placed another order, now for two pairs of jeans, and after a week, one pair was cancelled. Weird, because they're still in stock? Anyway, the other pair hasn't even been shipped after a week of waiting. So now I have no jeans nor almost 200 euros that I've spent. On top of that, the customer service is unresponsive to my questions. That pushed me to leave this frustrated review.

Awful - ordered a pair of trousers as a Christmas present and received no shipping confirmation. I had to call customer service to find out they were out of stock and had cancelled the order without telling me. Now it’s too late to order anything.

Very disappointed in the quality as well as the customer services from Lee. I bought my jeans in April this year, but in October it was already broken at the back pockets. Also the colour had become much more vague. I reached out at the 2nd of November to get a refund, and I got a reply the same day with the questions to send some pictures. I did, that same day, and then Lee just disappeared. I send a reminder or update for 3 weeks in a row, but not a single reaction followed. It’s now half December, still haven’t heard anything. Waste of money and a weird way to help customers!
Update: the customer service contacted me after this review and I got a refund due to a manufacturing mistake. So that has been resolved.

If I could have given no stars I would have. I ordered lee jeans on 27/11/ 22 and received notification that they had been despatched on 29/11/22 To date gave not received them even though Yodel fave me a two hour
delivery slot on 7/12/22 Fir the last week I have continually contacted Yodel but get no sense Lee have now told me that Yodel says parcel lost and at the sane tine Yodel tell me it had been returned to Lee. I now have to sign a form which has to be scanned and emailed back to Lee to get a refund However the return email doesn't appear to work and usually at least 48 hours to get any sort of response from Lee
I will never ever order anything where the supplier used Yodel as its courier I also think Lee need yo up their game

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I bought a pair of jeans that was despatched by Lee using Yodel. According to Yodel’s website, the item had reached their local depot, but said that delivery time was unavailable. When I got in touch with Lee, they replied promptly saying that I had to wait for Yodel to deliver it. I then got in touch with Yodel myself and they confirmed that they could not find the item. I subsequently sent three emails to Lee requesting a full refund but I have yet to hear from them. Absolutely appalling. I had to get in touch with my credit card company to request a charge back. Thankfully, American Express have refunded me the money and are investigating. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY.
