I can’t give them any less than one…
I can’t give them any less than one star. Ordering was not a problem, the item was sent with no issues and received fine. Returning the item, however, is a bigger problem. Nobody seems to be aware of the terms stated on their website, different information given by anyone I speak to and they have had my return over a week now and I have still had no confirmation or refund. Communication from this company is terrible.
Shipping policy has a major error - beware folks !
I tried to order some items however the website wouldn’t let me, stating that they don’t ship to Northern Ireland. I checked their delivery small print and low and behold, they state that they do not deliver to Northern Ireland, yet they deliver to the UK (of which Northern Ireland is a part of) and they even deliver to Ireland (funnily enough the country we’re attached to) yet they don’t deliver here. Unless that Wrangler have branched into world politics or the CEO sits in government and can decide on what countries belong to the UK, I don’t see how they’ve excluded an entire country, which also contradicts their own delivery policy. This needs amended asap.
What’s the point?
2025 and STILL unable to ship to Northern Ireland - embarrassing.
Tried to order £300 worth of items
Tried to order £300 worth of items, got to shipping and, surprise surprise they don’t ship to Northern Ireland……Levi’s manage to ship here without issues, why can’t wrangler? You’d think I was living in the moon or something!
Inexplicably poor transaction
I ordered two pairs on jeans online. Within 48 hours one item had been cancelled - out of stock. A week later, the second item was cancelled. Again, out of stock. No explanation, no alternatives offered. Fortunately, my money was returned. Did they have no idea about what’s in stock? And no interest in offering me something else? I’ve bought Levi’s. More expensive but they seem to be on the ball.
Wrangler Jeans
Having worn Wrangler jeans all my adult life i have noticed recently that the standard has dropped considerably...poor quality jeans not worth the Wrangler name anymore.
Wear out under the leg area and front of pockets. Definitely not worth the money now.
Garbage quality
Garbage quality, zipper fell apart after a few uses. I had 3x cheaper jeans with better quality...
I have bought Texas Stretch Wrangler…
I have bought Texas Stretch Wrangler jeans for many years. The past few pairs have no lasted as long as they used to. The material they are now made from is not of the same quality. After just a few months (8) my latest pair have ripped along the back pocket seams.
Time to find a new manufacturer.
Scammers
I returned some jeans which did not fit. I had no correspondence at all saying they had received my return. I tried to contact them but nobody replied. I had to raise a claim with PayPal to get my money back. Avoid!
Terrible quality jeans
Terrible quality jeans! Lasted a year now have 3 holes! One where a belt loop has ripped & around both rear pockets are ripping for £70 I expected alot better which is a shame as they were comfortable jeans.
Why is so hard to get quality jeans at a reasonable price nowadays? I know why because everything is made in some 3rd world country for 10p.
Shocking Quality
Shocking Quality! I own several vintage wrangler shirts and they are among my favourit I own, good strong quality shirts that have lasted me years. however the Quality of there clothes now is truly abhorrent. so cheaply made, wouldn't last 1 wash, there white t shirts are see-through thin and terrible fitting. wrangler was supposed to stand for good quality well made clothing, now they just buy poor qualityclothing the cheapest they can get, I could find better quality clothing in Primark or H&M. in my opinion now they are a scraping bottom quality, would not purchase again untill the start to make some quality clothing
Worst jeans what i ever had
Worst jeans what i ever had, after 2-3 months, using them 2,3 days weekly starting to ripping in areas where they should not to, Spending £70-100 you expect better quality, lasting longer not only pay extra £50-80 for logo. I had some cheap £20 pair and lasted minimum 1-2 years of heavy usage.
I do not recommend, even i will be telling to avoid them.
DO NOT ORDER
DO NOT ORDER.
If your are ordering from the UK don’t bother there shipped from Europe taking forever.
When you call to cancel they refuse.
My advice is to STAY AWAY
Seriously avoid using this store
Seriously avoid using this store. Been trying to get my refund of £250 for weeks. I sent everything back in perfect order but Wrangler are telling me some nonsense about how I made a mistake with my return label.. Which was generated for me... By Wrangler.... Considering that other reviews have reported problems with getting their refunds back, I think this is a special party trick of Wrangler. Avoid this criminal organization - their clothes are poor quality anyway and you will end up sending them back.

I wanted to praise Beata for her…
I wanted to praise Beata for her astonishing service that I experienced last week. I had two problems with refunds. One of the problems had been ongoing for a few weeks and I was loosing hope in getting my money back. I called again and Beata understood the problem immediately without much explanation, she reassured me, made the problem a priority and was proactive with her fast approach and willingness to not let this happen again.
My wish to management is to please look at your billing system, returns portal and all the outputs following an order as I did have a lot of errors occur (too many emails with 'null', not able to select the right item to return as it comes up with checkboxes and no desc or picture) and the billing system which does dynamically offer refunds from a promo etc.
Beata has restored my faith in wrangler and I will shop again, thanks to Beata, I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.
Awful jeans.awful quality
Awful jeans.awful quality. Don’t purchase a pair of wrangler jeans. After about two months of wear my wrangler jeans are ruined in the wash. Obviously poor quality, both metal buttons at the back on one pocket fell off. Totally disappointed.
Do not uphold their offers to the customer
Purchased two pairs of jeans on a buy one get one half price offer. Jeans arrived and were too big, therefore wanted to exchange for a smaller size. Informed by customer service they do not accept exchanges and I would need to return the jeans and my account would be credited. If I wanted a smaller size I would need to re-order but would have to pay full price as the offer no longer existed. This is a terrible customer service policy for clothing that across suppliers varies in size.
Will never buy from this company again.
Not possible to rate my experience with…
Not possible to rate my experience with a "zero star" otherwise I'll have done it. They sent me the wrong size T-shirt and their return form doesn't work!! I sent them a few emails and no reply! Really bad customer service and very unreliable!
Please avoid at all costs
Please avoid at all costs. I am still chasing Wrangler for £400 refund they owe me for a return I sent in the summer.
Utterly useless!! Wont reply to emails! And keep sending me on a chase when I phone.
