Excellent performance from the Luba 2 and top marks for customer service
I’ve been using the Luba 2 5000 from Mamotion for two seasons on a garden with lots of trees, slopes, and roots, and it does an impeccable job. The robot is reliable, precise, and truly efficient, even in challenging areas — it never loses signal under dense vegetation.
The customer service is outstanding: I received a quick response on a Sunday with helpful advice and an initial diagnosis. The next day, I got a return label, shipped it to Germany via Chronopost, and two weeks later the mower came back in perfect condition.
Honestly, it’s a great product from a very professional brand — I highly recommend it, 100%!

Well-built product backed by good support
I’ve been using the Luba2 AWD for a while now, and it’s been a great addition to my routine. It consistently saves me about two hours a week of mowing, and the lawn looks excellent without me having to lift a finger.
I did run into an issue with the charging brick at one point, but Mammotion’s support team handled it well. It took a bit longer than I would’ve liked to get resolved, but they ultimately replaced it free of charge and made things right. That kind of follow-through counts for a lot these days.
Overall, it’s a solid product backed by a company that stands behind what they sell.

Mammotion Luba 2, outstanding product and support
I've had my Mammotion Luba 2 for a few months now. The mower is amazing. Cuts perfectly and very easy to setup. Any questions i had were quickly answered via the support chat in the app.
Grass looks more healthy and less moss too..
I've three areas, linked to the Luba base station via channels, allowing the mower to move over gravel paths and tarmac to cut front, back and side.
Manual driving and mowing is great too ( and some fun ), allowing tricky areas or borders to be accessed and cut.
100% recommend the Mammotion Luba 2.

Mammotion help/chat is the best chat I’ve experienced to date with any product. It’s AI driven, but if that can’t help, you immediately get through to a person (I think). The mower is great (Luba 2) and easy to set up. Few tweaks RE borders (going to close on set up) and setting areas, but once done, works amazingly.
It was easy to get in touch with the support
It was easy to get in touch with the support via chat. As it got more complicated, we received an eMail from second level support. The answer solved the problem for a while, but it striked back. At the end we were asked to send the robot back for repair. Thats the current status.
Quick help with an accurate solution
I had a problem with my LUBA v1. I uploaded the log files together with a short description of the problem from my point of view. I received a response the day after - luckily with the correct solution. Great user experience - thanks again!
My Luba II worked great
My Luba II worked great, but when it stopped working, I was able to work with support to troubleshoot and ultimately receive a new unit. I look forward to setting up the new unit to make mowing my ~.75 acre yard easy.

I´ve been using the Mammotion LUBA 2 AWD 1000 since a year.
The app is very intuitive and flexible when it comes to settings (area, restricted zones, etc.). Using the manual control via the app, you can move the device through all the necessary areas and define them. It's quick and easy to do.
The installation of the antenna and the garage/charging station was straightforward and also convenient.
The robotic lawnmower is pleasantly quiet during operation. Sound and light settings can also be easily configured via the app.
This year, I wanted to expand my system with the solar module. This was done easily via the official online shop, and it actually arrived at my home very quickly.
When I contacted support (I needed another connection cable), I received prompt and immediate assistance. Simply super fast and friendly. As a customer, you feel comfortable and understood. SuperB!

The Luba 2 AWD 3000X works very well for my garden. Robust, easy to use and does its job. Client service is also very responsive and helpful! I actually recommended them already to others looking for a mowing robot.
Technology that Excites – and Support that Delivers!
I'm absolutely thrilled with the Luba 1! The mowing performance is precise, clean, and most of all: fast – noticeably quicker than any other mower I’ve used before.
As an “early adopter,” I had the chance to witness the development process up close – and it was amazing to see how actively Mammotion listened to the community’s feedback. Many of my suggestions, along with those from other users, were taken into account in the regular updates. The result: a mower that improved with every version. And you can clearly see how much community input shaped the current models. You almost feel like part of the development team.
And yet, I still own a first-generation Luba – and I'm still completely satisfied. The support team also deserves high praise: I always received a response within half a day, and when the Luba needed to go in for repair, it was back within a week – looking and working like brand new.
Conclusion: An innovative product that not only delivers technically but also thrives on its strong connection with the community. Mammotion doesn't just sell a robotic mower – they deliver an experience. Chapeau!
Works well after setup, a few small issues
The device arrived quickly after the order. The only issue was that the package was missing the hazardous materials (ADR/HAZMAT) label, which caused the local postal service to stop the delivery and add their own label. Please make sure all shipments include the proper HAZMAT sticker.
Assembly and initial setup were straightforward. The biggest challenge was the charging station: when placed directly on grass, the robot often failed to dock. I solved this by creating a gravel base to keep the station level—very important for reliable docking.
Another small downside is that in wet conditions and with long grass, the robot needs to be washed almost daily.
Support has been quick and helpful in problem situations. One area for improvement is the Android mobile app, which is quite slow and takes a while to connect to the robot.
Otherwise, performance has been excellent. It handles quite difficult terrain and manages four separate mowing areas without problems. I can recommend it.

My Ideal Solution
My lawn is severely sloped. Riding mowers lose traction on it. I had to push mow it but I developed health issues which made that inadvisable. Luba 2 was the ideal solution for me with its all wheel drive ability to handle over thirty degrees of slope. When I recently had a power supply fail the company immediately replaced it. I am exceptionally pleased with their service.
