I had had read an article online which gave the impression that a pre order of Luba 3 would not be delivered on time to Ireland. I was concerned as the season for cutting grass would arrive before my mower.
However the internet was wrong and I am expecting my mower in the next few days.

I've got the Luba Mini AWD. Setting things up went so smooth, with a clear explanation included in the box, but also some useful tutorials on the YT page of Mammotion.
When I couldn't figure out how to connect the robot to my app, the support team was a great help and after some verifications were able to quickly get me started.
The app itself feels very user friendly and intuitive. Setting up the parameters, obstacles to avoid, everything was very easy.
When it came to the first big moment, the first time cutting my garden, I felt the urge to keep the Luba in my sight. And I was impressed with the accuracy of it cutting my predefined garden. What gave the Wow effect was having the possibility to watch through the Luba's camera through my app from a distance (so I didn't have to keep it in my sight after all).
Compared to other Robot Mowers I know (through friends or family) I can tell:
- the Luba mini AWD is way easier to install (no annoying lines to hide, great app and easy to use)
- the Luba Mini looks way cooler
- it makes my wife think I bought a remote controlled toy (which it could be). So that took some convincing on my end to do.

Bought a Luba mini AWD for our sloped…
Bought a Luba mini AWD for our sloped uneven garden as was difficult to use a manual mower. Ordered on a Monday and delivery arrived Saturday. Set up and mapping was fairly simple, I had to level a small area for the charging base. So far after the first cut I am very impressed, the lawn looks great and the mower had no problems with the steep hills and uneven ground, even though the grass was long and damp. Sad we will have to put it away for winter after only just setting it up. Pre delivery query was answered quickly from Mammotion support.

Great machine and good support
I have had my LUBA 2 for 1.5 years and so happy with it but the one blade stoped spinning and I contacted the support and went through the support team and it was decided that it should be sent to the repair shop in Poland.
So I packed it in its original box and they sent me an email with the label for the transport
less than 3 weeks later it arrived and it works perfect again
Initial teething, but great cut
The initial few months I had some teething issues.
However, one thing throughout is the cut quality is high.
The technical issues were around connectivity to app and mower not being able to move from Area to area.
Support from Mammotion team has always been instantaneous and open to helping and feedback.
Overall, I am very happy with the Mammotion product.
