The worst company ever

The worst company ever. The customer service line is appalling. They misinformed me and offered me no help whatsoever regarding the issue with my order. They were unable to do something as simple as amend the delivery address which I find ridiculous.

I ordered a palette from morphe on…

I ordered a palette from morphe on Wednesday and it was delivered on Saturday night via Hermes. I also emailed customer service after reading bad reviews on here and they replied quickly and answered my questions. Never had any problem. Also the packaging was fantastic large cardboard box and the palette was wrapped in protection so it could not move. I personally have had a great experience with this company and I would certainly order again.

Embarrassing situation

I ordered a pallet but i still haven't received it. the package was shipped on October 10th. My order is EU577492 .Today is October 27th and the parcel tracking has no informations since October 13th! I haven't heard from the package since. customer service is not helping me! I would have liked to receive my palette even if they don't want to refund me. What a nightmare! I won't order anymore. I should have pay attention to the comments before trying a new order.

Shocking

Shocking, waiting nearly a month on any sort of update on my order, 4 times ive emailed customer service with no reply? Dont know where my order is, but cant even get a refund??

Fantastic customer service!!!

Even though I have not received my order as of yet I wanted to come on here and express how pleased I am with the company service. I know not everyone has received the same care as me though I was very impressed. My order was delayed by my local post, though I was not aware due to lack of updates. Therefore I contacted Morphe directly to discover the issue. I was not expected a reply for a few days but they responded quickly within 5 minutes and continued to reply punctually as we worked through the issue. They were very understanding and supportive. I was very impressed with the customer service.

Absolutely abysmal company

Received a item damaged, they said I had to pay for the return.. they changed their mind after I threw lots of legal jargon at them. Avoid this company like the plague. Abysmal customer service.

DO NOT MAKE A ORDER!

Ordered in July 2020 and have been sending emails to customer service since the beginning of August. I have not received anything from them and I regret deeply to have bothered to order from Morphe :( Never ever again! Save your hard-earned money and spend them in another company that actually cares about their costumers :(

Absolutely disgusting,

Absolutely disgusting,
You pay for express post, Morphe itself blames Covid-19 for the delay but yet they haven’t even processed my item and I purchased 4 days ago....
Will never be buying from this brand again

Don’t buy anything from them

I bought my palette from morphe in May and I’m still waiting for it, I’m so mad and disappointed in this company. Don’t even bother buying anything from there because they will take your money and lie about delivering your package. I’m so sad, won’t buy there ever again and won’t recommend them to anyone.

Do not even bother ordering from here

Do not even bother ordering from here. Ordered a parcel on the 5th of July to be received in 2-4 business days. After no parcel for a week, I began to chase, the tracking information had been stuck. I spoke with Hermes would could not deal with the query it had to be directly with Morphe. Tracking information updated on the 16th that the parcel had been stolen. I have emailed 5+ times to Morphe and even tried phone calls with no response. It is now the 30th and I have had to raise a dispute with my credit card company which I will hopefully receive my money back for.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR REFUNDS

So I made two large refunds. No confirmation they had received my refunds, no confirmation they were even processing it or that they they would be in touch. 2 months went by and I waited for a £1600 refund. When I called a month later they told me that I needed to bare with them and that they hadn’t processed my parcel. They then said they would ‘call’ the warehouse. The lady told me that the warehouse had it but hadn’t processed it. 2 weeks later they processed one of the refunds. I then called up again and they told me they hadn’t received the second box (so I asked her to call the warehouse) and she replied with ‘it’s not physically possible to call the warehouse’. Well someone was clearly lying. A week later it got processed by several pallettes were not refunded. I have no idea how they missed 14 palletes that I sent them but they did. I was told to send another email explaining the problem. The service was disgusting. No apology. Ever. No organisation and no awareness of what was going on. Morphe can’t handle refunds. Why sell palletes when you can’t process returns. If I hadn’t called I don’t think I would have ever got a refund. They have no shame about it either. I was told that I shouldn’t have ordered so much. I will never buy from morphe again. Really disappointing and stressful .

Several "lost" packages

I placed an order at the beginning of May. Never received it. I sent several emails, no replies. After being on hold on the phone for 2 hours, they deemed my package "lost" so they sent me another one. After another month and a half, STILL no package. I just got off the phone with them and its somehow "lost" again.
Why launch a collection every other week if you can't even keep up with your orders?

Receive my package after 1,5 week..

We don’t have answers when we want to contact you (mail, instagram),the only thing i could do was talking with the robot assistant on Morphe and hermes. I’ve received my package 📦 this is the only good point of that experience.
I was scared because of the other client who didn’t receive their package yet (they said that they have ordered 2 months ago...)
We can’t know where’s our package and the estimated delivery date is false, you gotta improve that for the future.
Also I can’t login on my account on morphe because of the verification who doesn’t work at all.
Hermes didn’t help either with information about my package... (even though, I’ve received it) to inform you my package have been pressed in the mailboxe, luckily my products were protected well.
I wish, I had more information about my package like where’s it in the territory and more answer at my questions...

I was waiting my order but I'm tired I waited my order 2 MONTHS !! Why I paid money for 5-7 days shipping ? And you are replying so late . 2 months passed you told me your order has been lost .. Why didnt you tell me before ? And you told me if you confirm we will resend again . I said okay I confirmed and I wrote please can you resend me . Probably they will reply my question 2 months later ...

UK Order

Placed an order with Morphe and didn’t read the reviews beforehand, after seeing the reviews I was absolutely gutted as it was a birthday present for a friend and so many people had bad reviews about items not arriving / coming damaged etc.
I placed an order 9 days ago , and it arrived this morning in perfect condition and couldn’t be happier (UK)

I am beyond annoyed with this…

I am beyond annoyed with this company-april i order an outfit for my daughter and still nothing-told me it shipped june 28 and still nothing. THEY dont respond to emails ,,, never again!! But they took the money real quick,,,,,sad very sad,,,,

I have a similar

I have a similar, bad experience with this company. I placed my order mid of April and I waited for 2 months, with no response. The status of my order was ''just shipped'' for two months!! At the beginning of June, I called them, because they didn't respond to any of my emails. The lady said that she would refund me the full amount and that I have to wait 2-5 days for the refund process to my bank account. Its been a month. Nο refund still!!!I have to call again. DONT SHOP FROM THERE!!
