3 emails sent for an issue with an order and no answer. Non-existent customer service whatosever.

Bought my sister a Jeffrey palette for her birthday but she had asked another friend for the same one, therefore I returned it. I have emailed 3 times, written on their insta page, messages on insta, messaged on Facebook and tried calling. It’s been 4 weeks and I’ve still not received a refund. I have the receipt from the post office return and evidence of the order. Will not be buying from morphe again.

Finally got the chance to purchase the 350 artistry palette from Morphe...It is really beautiful, was just a bit disappointed on the condition it was in when received... It is a very good buy, no regrets.

I wish i had read these reviews before i orderd from this webshop.. bought The James Charles palette 3 weeks ago and still have not recieved it. Been sending e-mails to The customer service and im not getting any response. I wish i will get my order but after i have seen all these reviews im not very hopefull

Awful!!! I placed my order 2 months ago and not only that the delivery company claimed that they were unable to locate the address, but also nobody contacted me in this regard. The package has been returned to the Morphe warehouse, however, They didn’t find as necessary to refund back the payment. On top of that it is absolutely impossible to get a hold of customer support. I have called numerous times and sent 3-4 emails for the past month... and still no response.
So in case you are wondering whether or not to buy sth from Morphe.... DON’T!

I am still waiting for my order, I ordered 2 MONTHS AGO and first it was “going to be late” because of pandemic. After a month passed, I sent an email asking about the order, and I got an email that they are sorry, but they will send the order as fast as they can. After about two weeks, I got my tracking number and it said that it will come in 4-6 days. When I went to the page of the Shipping Company, it said it will take up to 10-15 days to come. I am still waiting and not knowing what else to do.

This review from me is for the Morphe US website. Y'all are the bomb! Recieved my package within days of ordering and everything works perfectly and looks fabulous! (I ordered 4 Jeffree Star Products)
5 stars and will continue shopping on this site (this is my third order and they've always done me right) thanks Morphe and Jeffree Star Cosmetics. Yall are the real MVPs getting things shipped on time during all this craziness. Would give Morphe US site 10 stars if I could! xoxo

I'm so sorry I didn't read the reviews first before I ordered,because I would've never order from them. I ordered my James Charles palette in April, "it was sent" on April 20th and should have come in the middle of June, but ofc it didn't. I wrote them an email, they asked for my order number, and I sent them, and nothing. I, again sent them an email asking for a refund, nothing. I'm ordering for the first and the last time from them!

I looked at these reviews only after ordering, so I was horrified and expected the worst. Other than the package being stuck with Hermes for about 4 days, which is understandable right now, everything went smoothly! It took 8 days from ordering for the package to arrive via DPD. The eyeshadow wasn't damaged, the package was sealed and padded well.

Giving 3 stars because of my order arrived and it was at a great price but it took a ridiculous amount of time to come (I ordered when they had the james charles products on sale) it took over a month to arrive! I was left in the dark with this order. No tracking number.. no delivery time frame it just arrived when it wanted to! I have a fair feeling they didn't have enough stock for the sale they had on! If so they could have just said and I would have understood! I have had all my other orders delivered from the UK to Ireland in a week max and even under the covid 19 circumstances! I did try to email on several occasions but my emails bounced back!!(got an email from the actual email company to tell me this.. crazy stuff). Disappointed in their customer service! Makes me very hesitant to order from here again which is a pain because I love their products!

Ordered for €130 on may 9th, and got a tracking number on the 21st saying my order is shipped. When I check the tracking number it says: Awaiting receipt, we're expecting your parcel. I haven't received anything. I've emailed three times and all three times they did not respond. I eventually got an (automated general) email saying that they are sorry bla bla and that if my issue isn't resolved I have to replay back to the email and I did. This is two weeks ago, still no word form Morphe . I also tried calling them and waited 30 minutes on the phone and eventually hang up because it's expensive to call from the Netherlands. I did not expect this off a company like Morphe, this is the first and last time I ordered here. I know there is a pandemic going on (for months now) you should think that company's know how to work around this. The worst customer service. I will try and see if I can get my money back trough Paypal.

The absolutely most scammy experience I’ve ever had ! It’s actually incredible!
I ordered a very pretty pallet and numerous other items a month ago. Morphe provides me with a bogus tracking number. It’s been a month and I haven’t received anything or even gotten a response from any rep at morphe. It’s appalling considering they made sure to process my payment on time though.
After this experience I truly believe morphe is a huge Scam.
Please know there are also cleaners on this site trying to make morphe seem like it’s a reputable company; it really isn’t. They need to refund everyone who has called them out on their shady ways. Unacceptable!!

Ordered (birthday gifts) ahead because of the current delays in delivery. Still the order came late, very late, the website indicated a date for delivery and would never update, and the courrier's website was outdate by weeks! Finally received the order post the birthday, the products are GROSS and are OVERLY CHEAP. 2 brushes are missing, colour not like what the website indicated, the lashes look like what drag queens would wear, the powder's box is broken, the sponge is not there and it appears to have been used. Wrote an email on the 17th of May to Morphe. They never replied. Called them on the 27th of May, Izzy replied and sounded as if I am bothering her, did not care at all and was the least compassionate - I gather she's been receiving lots of complaints for the awful products and customer service they offer. She asked me to send photos of the products and she will look into it, send those photos on 30th of May. To date no reply!!! NADA! For me I wanted to return the products, all of them because I was disgusted. On the 15th of June they write to me asking if my issue has been resolved? WHAT A JOKE! I am finally ditching the boxes and all, I will give away EUR 118 of products as gift too appalled to keep crap. WASTE OF MONEY.

my products arrived pretty quickly and were good overall. the pallete pigments were nice but were not very pigmented however i wanted a very subtle neutral look so was good but for those looking for stronger pigmentation it could be buildable. the colours were good and stayed on well and were easy to apply. the setting spray was decent but didn’t seem the best. i haven’t tried the lashes yet but they seem good.

Ordered on Saturday, my order has just arrived despite the current circumstances and advised 3-4 days so I expected Thursday! Love the products and service!

I would give no stars if I could. Order placed in May and to this day I have yet to receive it. I anticipated that there would be delays which is completely understandable considering the situation, but the lack of response from Morphe to the emails sent is unacceptable. The least they could do is get back to their clients WHO PAID FOR THEIR PRODUCTS to better understand the situation and eventual issues. Maybe change courier? OR BETTER YET, IMPROVE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!

I would give no stars if I could. Order placed in April knowing there would be delayed. Item dispatched. Great. Hermes due to deliver 5 May. Nothing. Parcel clearly lost. Problem is Hermes will only speak to Morphe who despite multiple emails in May and June just reply to nothing. Avoid.

Placed my order on the 21 of April and still haven't received anything.. Costumer service sucks and is basically non existent.. Don't fall into their hype, there goes the one chance they had to get it right..

Received two broken palettes and emailed them to let them know over a month ago. Haven’t received anything back. Their website says satisfaction guaranteed but clearly that’s not the case.
