Ive had bike for 1 summer and ive spent more time with support than on the bike, the bike came scratched when i got it, the battery was not working so i got a new one, the motor started having weird sound and i had to send it to them, got the motor back in a package that looked like it got kicked from a airplane. The motor started acting up again and then they told me that the warranty was voided, so no more support for me!
The bike is now sold so i do not have to bother with this company anymore, but please avoid it as much as possible!

No words to this company anymore. They do their best to market and sell their bikes but once something goes wrong they go into hiding. No direct answers and endless excuses without the focus of acutally fixing the problem. highly disappointed although a big (former) fan of the bikes...

Package open before delivery
The package was open before the delivery and some tools of the bike doesn't work. The after sales services looks quite good and is looking for the problems for now.

I head the pleasure of picking up our new Super73 RX bike today. I must say that the experience, friendliness and expertise were as great as our recent visit when we made some test drives and all questions were answered.
We are now also creating a customised biked, super excited.
Many thanks to all the team at Super73 in Amsterdam! Especially also to Daan, Wilco, Dillon and (I am sorry I lost your name) the Italian dude that gave the opportunity to test all bikes we wanted and gave us all time needed to ask questions, look around and giving the experience.

My wheel was flat after 2 weeks of riding, I had to put the light again because was moving, almost felling of. The brakes already make noises. After 1 month I both it. I though was a bit more qualitative.

Dont buy this Bike
Would give 4/5 before they updated the app and limited it to 25 km/h. Now I have super heavy bike that I can barely ride.
Essential product features are removed via OTA.
I have been driving an RX for 1.5 years. For this type of e-bike, SUPER73 can certainly be called the market leader. Nevertheless, one lives with many minor and major problems that would never be acceptable in this price range for normal bikes. This also applies in particular to spare parts. For example, there was never an available battery at any time. I loved the bike with all its problems anyway, until SUPER73 has decided to throttle the engine power via OTA update by more than 80%. The bike is now no longer rideable, expensive original accessories no longer usable and on the part of the company there was neither an announcement nor an explanation. Hands off SUPER73!
Don’t buy
Nothing wrong with the bike apart from the company has shafted all UK and EU customers by taking away off road mode, which a lot paid extra for! Retort from them when questioned about was “have a wonderful day”. Pathetic company and customer service.
super 73 update app
Super 73 have just updated The ride app that links with the bike which allowed greater functionality for both off-road and on. not only have super 73 updated the app on all new bikes but all bikes in circulation in Europe and UK have now had their functionality removed.
The super 73 community is disgusted by this.

Do not buy Super 73 product
Ok. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve owned the bike for about a year and it’s been great. All has changed today. They have changed their settings for every 73 owner. All bikes will now only do 12.5MPH!! Useless because the bike is far to heavy!! Save your money!! I was all for super 73 but now it’s not rideable, it’s just an expensive chunk of metal that’ll rust away in my shed.
Paid £3000+ for a bike with off-road…
Paid £3000+ for a bike with off-road features, literally the only other reason to choose this bike over another worth thousands less. They have now removed that feature for the entire of Europe. Restricted to 250W motor power, however bike is nearly 40KG so you will now struggle to get pedal bike speed and unable to climb small hills. This update was forced and now every single bike has sub-par performance.
AVOID!
They have managed to erase their European market in a single day so do not buy, you can get a EPAC bike with similar style and performance for 1/3 of the price.
Super73 has lost the trust of the entire community.

For the price of the bike and because it still under warranty, I expected more from super73
