No fault of Wrangler, but jeans were not fit I had before and synthetic content higher than my old ones, so I sent them back. However, a month later and no word on refund. So I searched and emailed on 16th November whereupon received email confirming money would be returned in 5 to 10 days. Fine, but I have to wonder if that would have happened if I hadn't chased it a month after the return....

Here we go, finally found a Jean that might fit and my order accepted paid and now they cancelled my order? No reason why just cancelled so here I go … hope I done have to wait for a refund, but more importantly how are they managing their website? If they don’t have the products why have them available to order and pay for them! Very disappointing

I bought the jeans as a gift and asked Customer Service about being able to exchange the product for the same but in different size in case I made an error selecting the size with the caveat that this will happen in a month, which is by when I need to deliver the gift. The response was fast, kind and really provided peace of mind as I was told that it would not be an issue.

This company appears to be in utter disarray. Ordered two pairs of Jeans Wrangler sent wrong Colour. Still awaiting refund from beginning of August. Phoned twice and told items received in good condition in warehouse, with refund to follow in few days.

Simply not good enough and not trustworthy retailer.
It is a pity TP does not allow users to post a zero stars review. I note from other complaints that the company are making excuses about maintenance affecting refund timescales. There isn't an excuse for trading and keeping customer's money that does not belong to you. They do not seem to have any problems taking payment. A large, well known brand like Lee/ Wrangler should really know better.

My order has been lost, somewhere between Wrangler and Yodel and the response from Wrangler to this is nothing short of shocking.
I was lied to initially and advised that my order was delayed in the Czech Republic. Just an excuse to mark my query as dealt with, clearly. On calling for a second time, Wrangler accepted that the order must be lost but that they couldn’t process a refund as they would have to wait for Yodel to confirm that the order was lost. I was advised that Yodel typically respond by the next day and that a refund would be processed as soon as a response was received. When I queried why I couldn’t be sent a replacement order, I was advised that this was not Wrangler’s policy and I must place another order. I have never heard of a company not being able to issue a replacement order when the issue is from their/their service providers’ side - it’s absolutely ridiculous! On asking to see where this is detailed in their policy/policies, I have actually been sent the details around how to place an order on the website! It is not clear, anywhere in the terms and conditions on the website, that this is their policy and I believe it is just an excuse being used to reduce the amount of work on their side.
Two days later I haven’t received confirmation of the refund being processed, I have been sent a form I must complete to receive a refund - which apparently if I don’t return to them within 7 days I’m confirming that I have received the package! Seriously?! Yodel is a tracked delivery service and the details of my order haven’t been updated since the day Wrangler marked it as dispatched. Why do I need to provide any further confirmation? There was absolutely no mention of me needing to do this on the two calls I had on Monday and it is just another way to delay processing the refund. The issue is entirely with Wrangler and Yodel and yet I am expected to run around filling forms in and having to chase them to get my own money back from an obligation Wrangler have failed to fulfil. I have done nothing wrong, I should not be the one being so inconvenienced here.
I requested a call back from a manager/supervisor and was advised it’s very hard as they are all working from home. How can they try and use this as an acceptable excuse when working from home has been common practice for 18 months now?! Suffice to say, I haven’t received a call back from a manager/supervisor and don’t expect to.
I would suggest never ordering from Wrangler, purely based on the reasoning that in case you have an issue the level of customer service you have to deal with is shocking. It is appalling that the approach from a very well established company/brand is so poor and it is safe to say I won’t ever be shopping with them again. If you think you are paying for quality, it certainly isn’t quality of customer service!

I am still waiting for a refund for my returned items in June!!! I understand there was a delay on refunds which were due to be actioned on 19th July. We are now 10th August and I’m still waiting for over £100. No response from my latest question submitted via the website.

They don’t allow for free returns and after paying for the return as they had instructed it took a phone call to follow up. They still hadn’t put my return in their system even though they had it for 4 weeks. Then it took another 3 weeks to actually receive the refund. Will never use their online order platform again!!
