so in love with these cameras and locks
I have 3 of their door locks and 3 cameras and having all of it on one app makes live easy to monitor the status of my whole house. the cameras are so high quality and the solar chargers work so well I never worry about them having power. The picture quality is incredible, and the sound quality is as well. The door locks are easy to install and set up and work exceptionally. You wont regret using or buying these products!
Bad customer support
I subscribed to the cloud network but only to find i now need additional hardware so I have tried to cancel my subscription but this seems to be the hardest task for eufy after numerous telephone calls with different advice and numerous emails to customer support I am still no further on,the next step is trading standards,terrible customer support.

Thought I would leave a review about the Eufy solar flood lights with camera,s.3 things really that are annoying.Number one the video is so quick on play back that it is a waste of time.Number 2 the flood light stays on for seconds again a waste of time and if you loose the cctv you have to take it off the wall and bring it into your house to get it to reconnect to the WIFI.Sorry I bought them now.

Quite possibly the most awful bit of equipment I have ever purchased. Doesn’t work, the chime doesn’t work, unbelievably confusing settings and only picks up things outside the detection zone.
The customer service that comes from them as well is the worst I have had the misfortune to deal with, I’m sure none of them know how to read or deal with a customer - that or they just copy paste replies. I feel unsafe having this camera & I’m now going back to ring…regardless of the monthly subscription cost
I’m very disappointed with the Eufy…
I’m very disappointed with the Eufy E220. First of all, it doesn’t work without a permanent 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connection.
Even with a connection, the software has quite a few bugs—the camera stops recording or changes its angle and position, even when tracking is deactivated.
Shane from customer support handled my case very superficially. The communication has taken 2–3 weeks just to get basic information, with no real help or resolution. It feels like they simply don’t care.
I would recommend buying a different camera brand and avoiding Anker Eufy.
I had a really frustrating experience…
I had a really frustrating experience with the Eufy C31 doorbell. I bought it from Argos and paid in cash, but unfortunately I lost the receipt — and that’s where the nightmare started.
When I tried to install the doorbell, it wouldn’t fit properly into the bracket at all. It was clearly not designed or manufactured correctly. This isn’t a minor issue — if it doesn’t fit, you simply can’t use the product.
I contacted customer support via live chat, and to be fair, they did go through troubleshooting with me and eventually agreed that it was a manufacturing defect. So at that point, you’d expect a replacement or some kind of resolution, right? Wrong.
Despite confirming the fault was on their side, they refused to send a replacement bracket just because I didn’t have the receipt. I paid for a faulty product, they acknowledged it’s defective, yet still left me stuck with something I can’t use. That’s incredibly poor customer service.
Overall, the product quality is questionable and the after-sales support is even worse. Be very careful buying this — especially if you don’t keep every single bit of paperwork.
Eufy are some of the best value deals on the market
Since buying a robot vacuum cleaner, i went back for another. Then it was a doorbell, after that it was security cameras and each time, I was offered a discount for being a loyal customer.

I bought a eufy 2 Camara’s & a base…
I bought a eufy 2 Camara’s & a base unit. I’ve had nothing but trouble with this tin pot unit,I’ve set it on all motions there is no privacy set so it should pick up everything which it does not & has not since I got it out the Box both cameras are rubbish neither work as they should do, I’ve been in touch with the help desk & that also is not worth a light. I have outside my house about on an average day 100 min tube more movements
The Camara fully charged pick up about 20 if I’m Lucky, I can’t find my receipt so I’m stuck with this tin pot system
I would advise anyone thinkyof buying anything off Eufy to take a look @ Trustpilot I wish I had done my homework
Exceptional customer service
The customer service I've been provide by Eufy is exceptional. My experience has been so good e.g. no quibble replacement of a faulty doorbell and I recently purchased another doorbell from eBay and cannot source a mounting bracket .. they have gone out of their way to help me secure one
Physical product great, Software lacks! HARD!
Eufy is right of the bat a great product (Physically), Unfortunately, the overall product relies on the app and the "speed" of the connection both when speaking through the doorbell and getting a notification when the camera registers a movement, is insufficient.
And here is where EUFY is truly lacking and it is frustrating! over the past 3 years the app has gotten worse! when i first started investing in EUFY the APP was much more responsive, and alerts where much quicker! moreover i had no issues communication through the doorbell nor accessing the feeds!
Today: i have 2 door bells, 3 x s3 4k battery cameras and one on cable, 4 indoor cameras, so i have 10 cameras total, and .... it's just bad... it is so bad... i mean i have 1000Mbit download and upload and it is horrible! all cameras indicate there's a strong signal, yet often it lags and fails to display the feed. if you want any chance of some sort of feed, then pick the lowest resolution that barely makes out a face 5 meters away...
I’m incredibly frustrated with my Eufy robot vacuum
I’m incredibly frustrated with my eufy robot vacuum. After owning it for just a little over a year, it has completely broken down, and the company’s response has been nonexistent.
For the price you pay, you’d expect a product to last longer than a couple of seasons, but what’s worse is the absolute lack of support. My husband and I have reached out to their customer service team, and it’s been a dead end. They are unwilling to fix the issue, leaving me with a very expensive paperweight.
What really stings is that I have several other products from their ecosystem, yet there is zero loyalty shown toward regular customers. You'd think being a repeat buyer would carry some weight when a product fails, but they clearly don't value long-term support.
It’s clear that once you are out of that initial honeymoon phase, you are on your own. I won't be buying from eufy again—save your money and go with a brand that actually stands by its products for the long haul.
Terrible battery life
Bought their video doorbell as the battery life was advertised as 180 days. In reality it lasted on average 4 days. Eufy swapped our doorbell for another one - same issue. We paid an electrician to wire the doorbell in. It now lasts slightly longer - maybe a couple of weeks before it 'runs out of battery' and switches off. Eufy again sent a replacement. Same issue again. Useless as a doorbell and as a security measure given I have to take it off to charge for 8 hours every week or two.
Bad product, no way to get a refund, just out money
I bought a EUFY video doorbell. I have tried every suggestion, this doorbell refuses to connect to my router. I can't get a refund, because you have to jump thru hoops to get your money back. This is a horrible company, do not do business with them. Buyer beware!

Faulty camera & no replacement due to short warranty
We purchased several home security cameras from Eufy via their Amazon store on 11th February 2024, spending several hundred pounds in total. Alongside this, we were also sold a third-party insurance policy for added peace of mind.
Unfortunately, our doorbell camera (arguably the most important device in the system) has now stopped working. We contacted Eufy support and followed all suggested troubleshooting steps, but nothing resolved the issue. We were ultimately told it was likely a hardware fault and that the unit would need replacing.
It was only at this point we discovered that the product comes with just a one-year warranty, which had already expired. To make matters worse, the insurance policy we had purchased had also just lapsed after two years, leaving us with no cover at all.
After some back-and-forth with customer support, we were disappointed that no goodwill replacement or meaningful resolution was offered, especially given the circumstances and the relatively short lifespan of the product. Many comparable technology products come with warranties longer than one year, which does raise questions about durability and long-term reliability.
As returning customers - having recently bought even more in the Eufy baby monitor system, which was more expensive than alternatives - this experience has been particularly frustrating.
We were offered a discount code toward a replacement, but this couldn’t be used alongside existing promotions. Since the camera we need is already discounted, this offer provides no real benefit.
We really wanted to like this brand, but this experience has left us disappointed.
Eufy is an expensive trash product
Eufy is an expensive trash product. Two cameras gone in less than a year. The contractor want $200 service call to come out . First camera out of six lasted two months. Send one is out now after ten months . No way this system will last more than a few years . Better off buying ring and paying for subsection. It’s cheaper than service calls.

I would ideally rate this product with five stars; however, I am unable to do so. While the wearable pump is advertised as discreet, my experience did not align with this expectation. Given my larger bust size, the device was not only noticeable but also presented an unconventional appearance, in less words it looks weird and funny.
Nevertheless, the product's other features are exceptional. The heating function, the diverse mode selections available through the application, and the highly convenient charging case are particularly commendable, especially for individuals who are frequently mobile.
What a pity!
May 2023 I had security equipment installed with three Eufy cameras. Lately I regularly needed to charge the batteries myself.
I discovered that the coating of the solar cells is broken; a problem that occurs more often. This problem was the reason that Eufy now produces cameras with a new coating.
I decided to email Eufy to ask if they could repair the cameras (not yet 3 years old). After an intensive email exchange via the bot, my data eventually ended up with the support department.
This department was very understanding in its response, but could not carry out repairs and, because the warranty period had expired, could not replace them. The only thing that could be offered was a discount of 15% (not being offers) on new cameras.
After my response, a new proposal followed; a 30% discount on new cameras. This time too, these were products that were not offers. However, the cameras I need are for sale at Eufy with a discount of more than 40% related to the recommended retail price!
I told Eufy that this does not fit with a reputable company like Eufy and that I expected Eufy to repair or replace my cameras out of goodwill.
After having sent this last mail Eufy didn't react anymore.
It seems that employees of the support department have learned to show understanding for customers after which they have to persuade them to buy new products at the highest possible prices.
What a pity!
Eufy sent me a dirty refurbished vacuum
Eufy robo vac broke after under 2 years. It took literally about 23 messages between me and customer service to figure out how I could buy a refurbished vacuum for $95, because all customer service did was paste pat standard text that didn’t make any sense into their email replies. When the refurbished vacuum arrived, it was full of someone else’s cat hair and dust. It was disgusting and there was no way I could use it on my carpets. But more than that, I felt disrespected. Why would they not even bother to clean a refurbished vacuum? Especially when I paid $95 for? I will never buy another Eufy product again.
