Eufy customer service is non existant!
Eufy C30 doorbell has broken, can't hear anything on the live view with delivery person, customer service is 100% USELESS. No reply been waiting 5 days now, says a ticket has been created but no one gets back, the UK phone number doesn't work. Very disappointing I will now be going to Ring and I suggest you all do this too.
SmartTrack link not compatability with android
Ordered a SmartTrack link for my android phone , would not connect , contacted their online help, try this try that but would not connect. Asked for refund , refund team responded keep it and get 10% off or return , I chose return and it's now not compatible with an android phone and I have to return at my own expense. Funny tech help did not know this and the online help refers to Android and IOS . Never again

Received the product not working sent back on the 24th of last month and still have not received a refund. You cannot call anybody at this company only email and they do not care at all. Extremely difficult refund process! Do NOT buy from them!
My experience with Eufy has been incredibly frustrating.
The return and refund process feels deliberately difficult and far more complicated than it should be, which makes me think it's been deliberately designed that way so that they never have to give your money back!
What is advertised as a simple money-back guarantee does not reflect the reality once you actually try to return something.
Instead of a straightforward return, you are met with back and fourth automated emails from AI bots, they'll claim that they can't locate your order, requests for additional information that make the process slow and discouraging. It feels like every step is designed to make it harder for customers to actually complete a return.
Even when following instructions and trying to resolve things quickly, the experience becomes drawn out, confusing, and unnecessarily rigid. What should be a simple refund turns into a time-consuming support process with unclear outcomes.
I will never purchase anything from them ever again unless they actually sort their customer service and return policy out!
Great to start with, then it falls apart with no support
Purchased a Eufy security camera system with hard drive (S3) central storage/control unit. Original system purchased in July 2024. Great to start with, alerts, all worked well. Perfect. Not cheap. Then recently the 'Events' window on the iPhone started not to show anything, even though alerts (correct) of events were being generated. Now difficult to view any 'event'. Then last week, the latest update for the computer (Mac) installed itself - now won't open, initially showing 'errors' window, now won't even do that. Can I get any advice or even interest from Eufy? No. Zero response. I did have an account (e-mall, mobile and password) - that has all gone, now unrecognised. What started out as an excellent (but expensive) system is now reduced to a useless 'not fit for purpose' worthless pile of junk. Eufy have developed their system to a position of inadequacy and ineffectiveness. This is the experience of a long term (year or so) client. I hope that they do respond but somehow the many hundreds of pounds (thousand or so?) that was spent on the system will be rendered useless and lousy investment. Be warned.......

I’ve just purchased the camera, and while the general video quality is good, the zoom is very poor. The connection to the HomeBase and Wi-Fi is also unreliable, and it keeps struggling to stay connected.
To be honest, for £237, it is not worth the price at all. I would value it at around £50–£60 at most. I’m very disappointed with the product, especially as the advertised videos made it seem much better than it actually is.

Software generally dose what it wants one day and the next day dose something else not reliable or what I would call stable......
There is someone on the ‘phone who will help if you get into difficulty with the set up.
Just wanted to say that my Eufy door bell and cameras are fab. Really clear and easy to use.
Working device made unusable by app and poor customer support
I've had a frustrating experience with Eufy.
I purchased the video doorbell (S220), the chime and the S40 solocam.
Fast forward a few years and to resolve a wifi issue, I had to remove both units from the app and re-add.
Up until this point both units were working - but once removed couldn't be added back to the app. There was no hardware fault — the issue is with the app/binding process, which effectively makes a working product unusable.
Eufy Customer Support has been frustrating. Over a couple of weeks, I repeatedly explained this is not a warranty or replacement issue (I simply want to get my working devices back online) - yet responses continued to focus on scripted steps, warranty limits, and discount offers — none of which addressed the problem.
The result is that I still have no usable security cameras and now have to replace functioning devices due to limitations in the Eufy ecosystem. This is both costly and wasteful.
I would not recommend Eufy based on this experience.

Title: Repeated failures and disappointing customer service
I have owned a total of three devices (including a previous model), and all of them developed the exact same issue after a few years of normal use: the robot beeps 10 times, spins in circles, and stops working completely.
The devices were always used and maintained properly, so it is very disappointing to see the same defect occur repeatedly across multiple units.
I contacted customer service and provided all requested information, including a video. The only solution offered was to purchase a replacement wheel at my own expense, despite the fact that this issue has now occurred with three separate devices.
In my opinion, this is not a satisfactory or customer-oriented solution.
Based on my experience, I am very dissatisfied with both the product quality and the customer service, and I would not recommend this product.

Poor product had 2 Eufy L60 Hybrids off curry's both sent back and now refunded the mop pad gets wet and leaks near the blutooth module on the bottom. and they fail and don't connect to the app the same fault on both not worth the 400 sorry gone back to mopping the floor myself

My eufy camera was working for several months and then stopped. In addition, I was unable to: 2. update my email address in my account; 3. Download the eufy app to my phone (despite having it there for the first several months); and 4. Update my wifi connection after switching internet providers. I contacted eufy for assistance and was presented with 3 different ai customer service “reps” that only took me in circles with no solution. I was even given another AI rep when I asked to escalate the issue to a live person and to a manager. I was promised a phone call by a live person within three business days and of course that call never came. Sorry, but if this was an American company not only would the camera work but if it stopped working you would receive a replacement camera immediately. Eufy sucks!!!!
Bought a Eufy camera for home security
Bought a Eufy camera for home security. It broke twice in a short time.
Worse part? It turns out it hadn’t even been recording properly for months without me noticing. Kind of defeats the whole purpose of a “security” camera.
Contacted support, explained everything. Their solution? 20% discount on a new one because it’s out of warranty.
Why would I buy another one when the first one already failed twice?
Not reliable, wouldn’t recommend.
